국문 초록

이 연구는 HR부서의 전략적 역할에 따른 조직 커뮤니케이션이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향력을 실증적으로 검증하여 산업보안을 위한 HR부서의 전략적 역할과 조직 커뮤니케이션의 중요성을 살펴보는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 한국직업능력연구원에서 제공하는 HCCPⅡ 3차 WAVE를 STATA 통계패키지를 이용하여 통계분석을 진행하였다. 결과, HR부서의 전략적 역할은 조직몰입과 조직 커뮤니케이션에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤고, 조직 커뮤니케이션은 조직몰입에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤다. 또한, 조직 커뮤니케이션은 HR부서의 전략적 역할과 조직몰입에 매개하였다. 이는 산업보안의 내부적 위협에 대한 위험성관리를 위해 내부자의 조직몰입을 고취가 필요한 시점에서 HR부서가 적극적이고 주도적으로 업무를 추진할 수 있다면, 조직몰입을 제고시킬 수 있다는 것을 시사하며, HR부서의 전략적 역할이 조직 커뮤니케이션 활성화를 이끌면서 내부자의 조직몰입을 촉진시킨다는 것을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study empirically verifies the influence of organizational communication according to the strategic role of the HR department on organizational commitment and examines the strategic role of the HR department for industrial security and the importance of organizational communication. To this end, statistical analysis was conducted on the HCCPII 3rd WAVE provided by the Korea Vocational Competency Institute using the STATA statistical package. As a result, the strategic role of the HR department had a positive (+) effect on organizational commitment and organizational communication, and organizational communication had a positive (+) effect on organizational commitment. In addition, organizational communication mediated the strategic role and organizational commitment of the HR department. This suggests that if the HR department can actively and proactively pursue work at a time when it is necessary to promote insider organizational commitment to manage the risk of internal threats in industrial security, it can increase organizational commitment, and suggests that the strategic role of the HR department leads to activation of organizational communication and promotes insider organizational commitment.
