국문 초록

본 연구는 영아교사의 교사효능감과 교사-영아 상호작용의 관계에서 공감과 자아탄력성의 다중병렬매개효과를 검증하기 위해 실시되었다. 이를 위해 충청남도․세종시․대전시에 재직 중인 영아교사 326명을 대상으로 교사효능감, 교사-영아 상호작용, 공감, 자아탄력성에 대한 질문지를 배부한 후 회수하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 23.0을 활용하여 빈도와 백분율, Cronbach’s α, Pearson 상관계수를 산출하였고, 평균과 표준편차 및 왜도, 첨도를 확인하여 분포의 경향성과 정규성을 검토하였다. 매개효과 검증은 The Process macro Spss Version 4.1에서 model4를 이용하였고, Bootstrapping의 방법으로 매개효과의 통계적 유의성을 확인하였다. 연구결과 영아교사의 교사-영아 상호작용에 대한 교사효능감의 영향력에서 공감과 자아탄력성이 유의한 부분매개효과를 나타내었다. 이러한 결과를 통해 교사-영아의 상호작용을 증진시키기 위해서는 영아교사의 교사효능감뿐 아니라 공감과 자아탄력성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 지원하는 것이 의미가 있음을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to verify the multiple parallel mediating effects of empathy and ego-resilience in the relation between teacher-efficacy and teacher-infant interaction of infant teacher. For this purpose, questionnaires regarding teacher-efficacy, teacher-infant interaction, empathy, and ego-resilience of infant teacher were distributed to and collected from 326 incumbent infant teachers in Chungcheongnam-do, Sejong, and Daejeon. The SPSS 23.0 program was used for data analysis, and the frequency, percentage, Cronbach’s α, and Pearson correlation coefficient were computed. Also, the tendency and normality of distribution were reviewed through mean, standard deviation, skewness, and kurtosis. The multiple parallel mediating effects were verified using model 4 in the PROCESS macro SPSS version 4.1. The statistical significance of the mediating effect was confirmed through Bootstrapping. As a result, it was confirmed that empathy and ego-resilience had a partial mediating effect on impact of the teacher-efficacy on teacher-infant interaction of infant teacher. On the basis of this result, it is meaningful to help infant teacher improve their empathy and ego-resilience as well as teacher-efficacy for increasing their interaction with infant.
