유아교사의 놀이지원역량, 교수창의성, 놀이교수효능감이 유아의 놀이성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교사의 놀이지원역량, 교수창의성, 놀이교수효능감의 중요성과 나아가 유아들에게 가치있는 놀이와 협동적인 놀이경험을 제공하고 유아교사의 놀이지원역량, 교수창의성, 놀이교수효능감이 유아의 놀이성 발현에 영향을 미치는 변인임을 시사하는데 의의가 있다. 이를 위해 유아교육기관 42개소의 만 3,4,5세 유아담임교사 316명을 대상으로 설문지를 배부하여 응답하게 하였다. 연구결과, 유아교사의 놀이지원역량, 교수창의성, 놀이교수효능감은 유아의 놀이성과 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 유아의 놀이성에 영향을 미치는 독립변수들의 하위요인별로는 교수창의성의 인지적요인, 놀이지원역량의 놀이지원지식, 놀이지원평가, 놀이지원계획 순으로 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 놀이성 하위요인 중 신체적 자발성은 놀이지원역량, 사회적자발성은 놀이교수효능감과 놀이지원역량, 인지적자발성은 교수창의성, 놀이교수효능감, 놀이지원역량이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 유아교육현장에서는 유아의 놀이성에 영향을 주는 교사의 놀이지원역량, 교수창의성, 놀이교수효능감 향상을 위한 노력과 놀이환경 구성 및 지속적인 개선 및 변화 그리고 유아교육현장에서 활용 가능한 다양한 연구가 활성화되어야함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study is meaningful in that it provides valuable play and cooperative play experiences for infants and suggests that early childhood teachers’ play support capabilities, teaching creativity, and play teaching efficacy are variables that affect infants’ play expression. In this study, questionnaires were distributed to 316 early childhood teachers in charge of classes aged 3, 4, and 5 at 42 child education institutions who gave their consent. As a result of the study, it was found that early childhood teachers’ play support capabilities, teaching creativity, and play teaching efficacy were related to infants’ playability. The cognitive factors of teaching creativity, play support knowledge of play support capabilities, play support evaluation, and play support planning were found to have a lot of influence on infants’ playability among the sub-factors of independent variables. Among the sub-factors of children’s playfulness, physical spontaneity was found to have an effect on play support competence, social spontaneity on play teaching efficacy and play support competence and cognitive spontaneity on teaching creativity, play teaching efficacy, and play support competence. Therefore, efforts to improve teachers’ play support competence, teaching creativity, and play teaching efficacy, which affect children’s playfulness in the field of children’s education, and various studies that can be used in the configuration of play environment, continuous improvement and change, and children’s education should be activated.
