교류분석 이론에 근거한 청소년용 드라이버 척도개발 및 타당화 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 교류분석(TA)의 인생각본을 인식할 수 있는 단서인 드라이버에 근거하여 청소년용 드라이버 척도개발 및 타당성 검증을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 TA의 드라이버 유형별 개념을 바탕으로 100개의 예비문항을 제작한 후 내용타당도 검증을 통해 75문항을 선정하였다. 연구대상은 인천, 광주, 울산지역 중․고등학교 1,278명(남 645명, 여 633명)의 청소년들이다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 드라이버 척도의 요인구조와 요인설명력은 예비조사와 본조사 2차에 걸친 드라이버 척도개발 문항의 구인타당도 주성분 탐색 요인분석 결과 5요인(완전하게 하라, 타인을 기쁘게 하라, 서둘러라, 열심히 하라, 강해져라)으로 구성되었으며, 본조사 문항으로 최종 선정된 드라이버 척도 50문항의 주성분 탐색 결과 측정하려는 요인에 대한 설명력이 .40 이상으로 모두 높았다. 둘째, 드라이버 척도의 타당도는 예비 75문항의 요인분석 적합성이 KMO .863과 Bartlett 구형성 χ2값 13219.477(d=775, p=000)로 타당도가 높은 척도임이 검증되었다. 셋째, 드라이버 척도의 신뢰도는 2차에 걸친 문항 개발과정에서 5요인별 Cronbach’s α .879~.740 으로 성분요인별 특성을 제대로 측정할 수 있는 매우 높은 신뢰로운 문항들로 구성되었으며, 검사-재검사의 Cronbach’s α도 검사 .870∼.741, 재검사 .885∼.762로 매우 신뢰도가 높은 척도임이 확인되었다. 이와 같은 결과로 볼 때, 본 연구에서 개발한 드라이버 척도가 청소년 대상 검사 도구로 일반화할 수 있는 척도임을 확인할 수 있었다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 향후 연구에 대해 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop and verify a driver scale for adolescents its validity based on drivers, which are clues to recognize of transactional analysis’s life script. To this end, 100 preliminary questions were produced based on the concept of each driver type of TA, and 75 questions were selected through content validity verification. The subjects of the study are 1,278 middle and high school students (645 men and 633 women) living in large cities. The results of this study are as follows. First, the driver scale’s factor structure and factor explanation power consisted of five factors(Be Perfect, Please Others, Try Hard, Be Strong, Hurry Up) as a result of the search for the main component of the driver scale development question for the second time. Second, the validity of the driver scale was verified to be a highly valid measure with KMO .863 and Bartlett sphericity χ2 value 13219.477(d=2775, p=000). Third, the reliability of the driver scale consisted of very reliable questions that could properly measure the characteristics of each component factor with Cronbach’s α .879 to .740 for each five factors during the second question development process. From these results, it was confirmed that the driver scale developed in this study was a measure that could be generalized as a test tool for adolescents. Finally, the significance of this study and future research were suggested.
