대학생의 셀프리더십이 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향: 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 실증적 조사연구는 대학생들의 셀프리더십 요인이 진로성숙도에 미치는 구조적 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 검증하고자 한다. 이를 기초로 대학이나 지역사회에서 대학생의 진로발달과 진로성숙도를 고취하기 위한 진로상담개입의 전략을 모색하는 데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 대구광역시/경상북도 및 부산광역시/경상남도 지역에 소재하는 4년제 대학교의 재학생을 대상으로 2022년 8월부터 10월까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 셀프리더십의 수준이 높을수록 진로성숙도가 높아지는 것을 확인하였다. 둘째, 셀프리더십의 수준이 높을수록 긍정심리자본이 높아지는 것을 확인하였다. 셋째, 긍정심리자본의 수준이 높을수록 진로성숙도가 높아지는 것을 확인하였다. 그리고 셀프리더십과 진로성숙도의 관계에서 긍정심리자본은 부분매개효과를 가지는 것으로 검증되었다. 이러한 실증적 연구 결과는 생애주기에서 예비사회인으로서 진로선택과 진로의사결정의 변곡점 시기에 있는 대학생들을 대상으로 하는 대학의 진로(직업)교육과 진로(직업)상담에서 이론적이고 실천적인 함의가 있다.

영문 초록

This empirical research study aims to verify the mediating effect of positive psychological capital in the relationship between college students’ self-leadership factors and their career maturity. Based on this, the purpose is to seek career counseling intervention strategies to promote career development and career maturity of college students in universities and local communities. To achieve this purpose, a survey was conducted from August to October 2022 targeting students at 4-year universities located in Daegu Metropolitan City/Gyeongsangbuk-do and Busan Metropolitan City/Gyeongsangnam-do regions. The data collected as a result were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs. The research results are as follows. First, it was confirmed that the higher the level of self-leadership, the higher the degree of career maturity. Second, it was confirmed that the higher the level of self-leadership, the higher the positive psychological capital. Third, it was confirmed that the higher the level of positive psychological capital, the higher the career maturity. And in the relationship between self-leadership and career maturity, positive psychological capital has been verified to have a partial mediating effect. These empirical research results have theoretical and practical implications for college career (vocational) education and career (vocational) counseling for college students at the inflection point of career choice and career decision-making as prospective members of society in the life cycle.
