예비유아교사의 온라인 모의수업에 대한 인식 및 요구

국문 초록

본 연구는 기존의 모의수업 방식에서 벗어나 온라인 수업 형태로 모의수업을 경험한 예비유아교사들의 온라인 모의수업에 대한 인식 및 요구를 조사하고, 온라인 모의수업에 대한 기초자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구를 위하여 경기도에 소재한 A 대학의 유아교육과 3학년 재학생 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 최종 119부를 연구 자료로 사용하였다. 수집된 자료의 양적 자료는 SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도와 백분율, 평균 및 표준편차를 산출하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 온라인 모의수업의 인식에서 예비유아교사들은 자료 제작, 자료 공유, 교수자 및 동료 학생 피드백 등에 있어 어렵지 않다고 느끼고 있었다. 둘째, 온라인 모의수업의 요구에서 ICT기술 활용을 위한 추가 교육 요구가 가장 높았으며, 온라인 모의수업의 적정 시연 횟수는 3회로 나타났다. 셋째, 대면 모의수업과 온라인 모의수업을 비교 인식한 결과 예비유아교사들은 모든 문항에서 대면 모의수업을 선호하고 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 유아교사양성기관에서 온라인 수업 방식을 적용한 모의수업을 개선하기 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the perceptions and needs of early childhood preservice teachers who have experienced online mock classes, out of the existing mock class method, and to provide basic data for online mock classes. For this study, questionnaire data of 119 students from the Department of Early Childhood Education at A University were analyzed. The quantitative data gathered from the questionnaire were calculated by frequency, percentage, average, and standard deviation using SPSS 26.0 program. The results of this study are as follows: First, regarding perception of online mock classes, early childhood preservice teachers identified little difficulty regarding material production, data sharing, and feedback from instructors and fellow students. Second, the demand for additional education for utilizing ICT technology was the highest among the demands for online mock classes, and the appropriate number of demonstrations for online mock classes was found to be 3 times. Third, early childhood preservice teachers expressed a considerable preference for face-to-face classes across all questionnaire items. The results of this study will be used as basic data to improve online mock classes in early childhood teacher education institution.
