국문 초록

한국은 이스포츠 종주국, 이스포츠 강국의 이미지와 반대로 미국·중국·독일과 비교하여 그 위상을 위협받고 있다. 가장 큰 원인으로써 국가 차원의 진흥정책으로 볼 수 있다. 특히, 4차 산업혁명이 도래한 오늘날 첨단 기술의 무한한 가능성과 이스포츠가 동반 성장하기 위해서는 이스포츠와 관련된 행정적 체제를 정립할 필요가 있다. 무한한 가능성을 내포하고 있음과 동시에 아직 스포츠로서 산업으로써 온전한 시스템을 갖추기 전이라는 것을 고려하였을 때 산업·정책적 거버넌스 방향성을 누구보다 서둘러 수립하는 것은 이스포츠의 사회문화적 지위를 확보하는 데에도 효과적일 수 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 국내 실정을 살펴보면 구체적인 이스포츠 진행정책 및 인프라 확보에 있어 전술한 경쟁국가들과 비교해 뒤쳐져 있다는 것이 확인되었다. 이를 극복하기 위해 본 연구는 현재 국내 이스포츠 관련 정책에 대한 진단을 해외사례와의 비교를 통해 고찰하여 국내 실정에 맞는 방향성을 수립하였다. 그 구체적인 방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스폰서십의 진흥 및 참가 주체에 대한 재정 지원을 통한 국내 이스포츠 리그의 수준 강화 및 인프라 확보가 필요하다. 둘째, 이를 통한 국내 리그의 글로벌 이벤트화와 한국 주도의 이스포츠 거버넌스 시스템 확립이 될 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

South Korea is threatened by the phase of this sporting nation, contrary to the image of this sporting power, compared with the United States, China and Germany. The biggest cause can be seen in national level promotion policies. In particular, with the infinite possibilities of today s advanced technology with the arrival of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, in order for sports to grow together, it is necessary to establish an administrative system related to this sport. Considering that it contains infinite possibilities, and yet before sports have a complete system as an industry, it is urgent to establish the direction of industrial and policy governance. It should also be effective in ensuring the sociocultural status of this sport. Nonetheless, looking at the actual situation in Japan, it was confirmed that there was a delay in securing specific sports progress policies and infrastructure compared to the above-mentioned competitors. After making a comparison with the case, we established a direction that matches the actual situation in Japan. The specific measures are as follows. First, it is necessary to strengthen the level of the domestic sports league through promotion of sponsorship and financial support from participants, and secure infrastructure. Secondly, through this, the domestic league will become a global event and a Korean-led sports governance system will be established.
