국문 초록

OECD가 Future of Education and Skills: The OECD Education 2030 프로젝트의 1차 연구에서는 학습 프레임워크(학습 나침반)가 개발되었고, 7개 교과 영역에 대한 국제 수준 교육과정의 내용 맵핑이 이루어졌다. 2022년 현재, 이 학습 프레임워크를 근거로 교수·학습 및 평가의 실질적인 방법을 도출하는 2차 연구가 수행되고 있다. OECD Education 2030 프로젝트의 목적은 상호협력과 융합적 사고가 강조되고 있는 21세기에 필요한 역량을 갖춘 시민을 육성하기 위한 교육 체제로 전환하는 데 실질적인 방향을 제시하는 공통의 학습 프레임워크를 제공하는 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 2020년 고교학점제 도입을 앞두고 학생의 진로 탐색과 진로 준비를 위한 미술과 진로 선택과목인 『미술 창작』 및 『미술 감상과 비평』이 기초한 2015 개정 미술과 교육과정을 대상으로, OECD 학습 프레임워크의 역량 반영 경향성을 파악하여 진로 선택 교육과정의 개선 방안을 탐색하고자 CCM을 실시 하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 두 과목 모두 학습 프레임워크 역량의 반영 범주 및 수준이 매우 낮은 비율로 나타났다. 둘째, 『미술 창작』은 미술 분야의 실기, 『미술 감상과 비평』은 미술 분야의 이론의 학습에 편중되어 있다. 사회 및 미술 분야에서 통섭으로의 변화를 수용하고, 학생의 진로 탐색 및 준비라는 과목의 목표가 반영될 수 있도록, 이론과 실기라는 과목 구분에 대한 재검토가 필요하다. 셋째, 지성적 예술인으로서 미래의 삶을 성공적으로 살아가고 사회의 웰빙을 위해 참여할 수 있는 역량 육성 을 위해서, OECD 학습 프레임워크의 역량을 미술과 진로 선택과목에 녹여내는 방안의 검토가 필요하다.

영문 초록

The OECD s Future of Education and Skills: The OECD Education 2030 project was undertaken in primary research from 2015 to 2019. In the first stage of the study, a learning framework consisting of 28 future competencies was developed, and analyses of the international level curriculum were conducted for seven subject areas. As of 2020, its’ secondary research is being conducted to derive practical methods of teaching, learning and evaluation based on this learning framework. The purpose of the OECD Education 2030 project is to provide a common learning framework that provides a practical direction for the transition to an education system for nurturing competent citizens in the 21st century, where mutual cooperation and convergent thinking are emphasized. Therefore, this study aims to introduce the subjects of the 2015 revised visual art curriculum, “Art Creation” and “Art Appreciation and Criticism,” which are provided for students career exploration and career preparation ahead of the introduction of the high school credit system in 2020. CCM(Content Curriculum Mapping) was conducted to understand the degree of competency reflection and explore the ways to improve national curriculum for the career elective courses. The results of the study are as follows. First, in both course, the reflection category and level of the competencies in the learning framework appeared to be very low. Second, 『Art Creation』 focuses mainly on the practices of art, and “Art Appreciation and Criticism” focuses mainly on learning concepts and theories in art. It is necessary to review the subject division of theory and practice so as to accommodate changes in social and art fields and to reflect the goals of the subjects such as student exploration and preparation. Third, in order to foster the ability to successfully live a future life as an intelligent artist and participate in the well-being of society, it is necessary to examine how to reflect the competencies of the OECD learning framework in art and career elective courses.
