국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 역경 후 성장의 애착-인지모형을 장애자녀 부모의 성인애착과 역경 후 성장과의 관계에 적용하여 적응적 인지적 정서조절전략과 장애수용의 매개효과를 경험적으로 검증하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 장애자녀 부모 243명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 나타난 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애자녀 부모의 성인애착은 적응적 인지적 정서조절전략, 장애수용, 역경 후 성장과 부적 상관이 있었고, 적응적 인지적 정서조절전략, 장애수용, 역경 후 성장 간에는 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성인애착과 역경 후 성장과의 관계에서 적응적 인지적 정서조절전략은 완전매개효과가 있었고, 그 외 모든 매개효과는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 장애자녀 부모의 역경 후 성장에 적응적 인지적 정서조절전략이 중요한 영향을 미치고 있음을 시사한다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 주요 함의와 후속연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다. 번역하기

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to empirically verify the mediating effect of adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies and disability-accepting attitudes by linking the attachment-cognition model of posttraumatic growth with the relationship between adult attachment and posttraumatic growth of parents who have children with disabilities. Participants included 243 parents who completed a questionnaire survey. Results are as follows: First, adult attachment of parents negatively correlated with adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies, acceptance of disability and posttraumatic growth while a positive correlation existed between adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies and acceptance of disability and posttraumatic growth. Second, while no other factors had a mediating effect, the relationship between adult attachment and posttraumatic growth and adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies did. These findings suggest that adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies have a significant effect on the posttraumatic growth of parents of children with disabilities.
