중학교 산업과 진로 단원에 활용할 진로탐색 프로그램 개발

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 중학교 3학년 ^산업과 진로 ; 단원에서 활용할 진로탐색 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 이 연구는 준비, 개발, 개선의 3가지 단계로 이루어졌으며, 그 내용은 다음과 같다. 준비 단계에서는 학생, 사회, 교사의 요구를 분석하였고, 그에 맞는 진로탐색 프로그램의 주제를 선정하였다. 개발 단계에서는 진로탐색 프로그램의 목표를 설정하고, ;자신의 이해 ;, ;직업의 이해 ;, ;진로 선택 ;의 3가지 영역으로 나누어 학습 내용 및 경험을 선정하여 진로탐색 프로그램을 구성하였다. 개선 단계에서는 전문가에 의한 타당도 검증, 학생들에 의한 현장시험을 실행하여 진로탐색 프로그램을 수정?보완하였다. 이 연구의 결과인 진로탐색 프로그램은 다음과 같은 특징을 갖고 있다. 첫째, 개발된 진로탐색 프로그램은 총 9차시로서 상황에 따라 융통성 있게 적용가능하다. ?둘째, 개발된 진로탐색 프로그램의 내용은 ;자신의 이해 ;, ;직업의 이해 ;, ;진로선택 ;의 세 가지 영역으로 이루어졌다. 또한 개발된 프로그램은 교사용 자료와 학생용 자료로 구성되어 있다. 개발된 진로탐색 프로그램은 중학교 3학년 기술?가정과 ;산업과 진로 ; 단원에서 활용할 수 있도록 개발되었으며, 창의적 재량활동 및 특별활동 등의 진로교육에서도 활용되어 질 수 있다. 또한, 2007 개정 교육과정에 서 중학교 3학년 기술?가정과 ;생애 설계와 진로 탐색 ; 단원과 고등학교 1학년 기술?가정과 ;직업과 진로 설계 ; 단원에도 활용되어질 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was for the development of career exploration program for the unit Industry and Career in the third grade of junior high school. Basically the career exploration program was developed through three steps of preparation, development and improvement. In the preparation stage, need analysis of student, society, teacher was made and the topic of the career exploration program was selected. In the development stage, set the goal of career exploration program and form a program classified into 3 chapters : understanding of oneself, understanding of careers and career selection. In the improvement stage, apply the program into the class and complement it to make the final program. Career exploration program resulted from the study has features as fellows. First the program was designed as a 9 hour, and can be applied flexibly according to situation. Second, the program consist of three contents of (1) understanding of oneself, (2) understanding of careers, (3) selection of career. Third, career exploration program basically consist of two parts for students and teacher.
