국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 미디어 리터러시가 진로태도성숙을 매개로 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 전국의 대학생을 대상으로 연구를 실시하였으며 연구문제를 중심으로 한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 성별에 따라 미디어 리터러시, 진로태도성숙의 평균차이는 확인되었으나 학년, 거주지역에 따른 평균차이는 확인되지 않았다. 둘째, 미디어 리터러시, 진로태도성숙, 진로준비행동 간에는 유의한 정(+)의 상관관계를 확인할 수 있었다. 셋째, 미디어 리터러시는 진로태도성숙을 매개로 진로준비행동에 영향을 미침에 있어 부분매개를 하는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 코로나 19를 겪으며 대학에서 시도한 다양한 미디어 기술을 활용한 교육 환경이 학생들의 진로준비에 있어 미디어 리터러시의 중요성을 확인하는 데 기여했다는 점에서 의미를 가진다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to investigate the effects of media literacy on career preparation behavior among university students, with career attitude maturity as a mediating factor. To this end, a nationwide survey targeting university students was conducted, and the findings were as follows:. First, while significant differences were observed in media literacy and career attitude maturity based on gender, no such differences were found with respect to academic year or residential area. Second, a significant positive correlation was identified among media literacy, career attitude maturity, and career preparation behavior. Third, media literacy was found to have a partial mediating effect on career preparation behavior through career attitude maturity. These findings underscore the importance of media literacy in supporting students' career preparation, particularly in the context of the media-enhanced educational environments implemented in universities during the COVID-19 pandemic.
