익명의 SNS 기반 모바일 정신건강상담 전문 서비스 플랫폼 “솔카운셀”사용 경험에 관한 사례연구 - 청소년 내담자의 사용 경험을 중심으로

국문 초록

이 연구는 중고등학생 시기와 대학생이 된 후기 청소년기까지 익명의 SNS 기반 모바일 정신건강상담 전문 서비스 플랫폼 “솔카운셀”을 사용한 청소년 내담자의 모바일 정신건강 플랫폼 사용 경험에 관한 사례연구로 청소년의 모바일 정신건강상담 서비스 플랫폼 사용 경험에 대한 본질과 드러나는 현상 및 그 의미를 심층적으로 이해하고자 한 것이다. 연구목적을 위해 Stake(1995)가 제안한 질적사례연구방법을 적용하여 심층적인 질적사례연구를 수행하였다. 구체적으로 청소년기에 해당 플랫폼을 4년 이상 지속 사용하고 있는 청소년 내담자 1인을 대상으로 2022년 11월부터 본격적인 자료수집과 분석을 하였다. 자료수집은 2020년 11월부터 2024년 8월까지 대략 4년간 해당 모바일 플랫폼에 남긴 연구참여자의 고민글과 연구참여자에게 제공된 전문가의 게시판 상담 댓글, 연구참여자와의 문자 메시지, 연구자의 플랫폼 개발과 운영 시 남긴 메모와 2번의 심층 서면 인터뷰 내용 등 다양한 자료원을 토대로 이루어졌으며 자료수집과 동시에 분석을 하였다. 연구결과 4개의 상위범주와 16개의 하위범주가 도출되었으며 4개의 주요 상위범주는 ‘문제의 시작. 이유 모를 수렁에 빠져 듦’, ‘내가 찾은 해결책과 한계들’, ‘솔카운셀과의 만남. 청소년인 나에게 가장 유용했던 회복 도구’, ‘솔카운셀. 나의 청소년기를 함께 한 편안하고 좋은 친구’였다. 분석 결과를 토대로 본 연구의 결론과 청소년 정신건강 증진을 위한 모바일 정신건강상담 서비스 플랫폼의 나아갈 방향 및 정신건강사회복지 영역에서의 실천적, 정책적 제언을 심도 깊게 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study is a case study of the experience of using a mobile mental health platform by one adolescent client who continually used an anonymous SNS-based mobile mental health counselling service platform ‘Solcounsel’ from middle and high school to late adolescence as until currently she is university student, with the aim of deeply understanding the nature, emergent phenomena, and implications of adolescents' experience of using a mobile mental health service platform. For research purposes, an in-depth qualitative case study was conducted by applying the qualitative case study method proposed by Stake (1995). Specifically, data collection and analysis were conducted in earnest from November 2022 for one youth client who has been using the platform for more than four years in herself adolescence. Data collection was based on various data sources, including the research participants' concerns left on the mobile platform for about four years from November 2020 to August 2024, expert bulletin board counseling comments provided to the research participants, text messages with research participants, notes left when developing and operating the research platform, and two in-depth written interviews. As a result of the study, 4 major upper categories and 16 sub categories were derived. The 4 main upper-categories are ‘The beginning of the problem. Had been Being Flung into a quagmire without knowing why', “The solutions I found and their limitations”, ’My encounter with Solcounsel. The most useful recovery tool for me as adolescent', and ’Solcounsel. A comfortable and good friend who was with me through my adolescence'. Based on the analysis results, the conclusions of this study and the future direction of the mobile mental health counselling service platform for the promotion of adolescent mental health are discussed, as well as practical and policy recommendations in the field of mental health social welfare in depth.
