경기도 내 지체중복장애 거점센터 업무담당자와 이용자의 경험 및 지원 요구 고찰

국문 초록

연구목적 경기도의 지체중복장애 거점센터 업무담당자와 이용자를 연구참여자로 경험과 지원 요구를 모두 고려한 지체중복장애 거점센터의 내실 있는 운영 방안, 현장의 요구와 관련된 구체적인 운영 방향에 대한 심층적인 의견을 알아보고자 한다. 연구방법 경기도의 지체중복장애 거점센터 업무를 6개월 이상 담당한 특수교사 3인과 경기도교육청에서 장애유형별 거점센터 업무를 6개월 이상 담당한 장학사 1인을 업무담당자로 선정하고, 경기도 지체중복장애 거점센터 프로그램을 1개 이상 이용한 특수교사 8인을 이용자로 선정하여 심층 면담을 하였고, 전사된 자료는 지속적비교 분석법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 질적자료에 대한 분석 결과 다음과 같이 3개의 대주제가 도출되었다: 지체중복장애 거점센터 운영의현주소, 지체중복장애 거점센터 이용의 실제, 지체중복장애 거점센터 프로그램 개선을 위한 지원방안. 결론 연구 결과를 토대로 지체중복장애 거점센터의 내실 있는 운영을 위한 제언과 함께 본 연구의 의의 및 제한점, 후속 연구 방향에 대한 논의를 하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose The purpose of this study was to explore in-depth opinions on a substantive operation plan, taking into account both their experience and support needs, and the specific direction of operation related to the needs of the field with staff members and users of the special education support center for physical and multiple disabilities in Gyeonggi-do. Method Three special education teachers and one school supervisor were selected as the staff, and eight special education teachers were selected as users. In-depth interviews were conducted with the participants. All collected data were analyzed using a continuous comparison analysis method. Results Three themes were identified including current status of operation of the special education support center for physical and multiple disabilities, actual utilization of the center, and support needs for improving the program of the center. Conclusion Based on the findings, implications were discussed to substantiate the operation of the Special Education Support Center for Physical and Multiple Disabilities along with the significance of the study, limitations and directions of future studies.
