국문 초록

연구목적:본 연구의 목적은 외식기업 관리자의 포용적 리더십과 지식공유와 고객지향성에 간의 관계를 검증하는 것이다. 연구방법:본 연구에서는 외식기업 종사자를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 회수한 설문지는 SPSS 27.0과 AMOS 27.0으로 통계처리 하였다. 연구결과:본 연구의 결과, ‘가설 1. 포용적 리더십은 지식공유에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다.’, ‘가설 2. 지식공유는 고객지향성에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다.’, ‘가설 3. 포용적 리더십은 고객지향성에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다.’, ‘가설 4. 포용적 리더십은 지식공유를 매개로 하여 고객지향성에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다.’ 모두 채택되었다. 시사점:본 연구는 외식기업의 경쟁력 강화하기 위한 포용적 리더십 교육 및 개발 프로그램 도입과 지식공유 촉진 및 고객지향성을 강화할 수 있는 체계 구축을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Objective:The objective of this study is to verify the relationship between the inclusive leadership of the manager with knowledge sharing and customer orientation. Methods:This study conducted a questionnaire on food service workers. This study used SPSS 27.0 and AMOS 27.0 to statistically process the collected questionnaire results. Results:Following hypotheses were adopted: Hypothes is 1. Inclusive leadership will have a positive effect on knowledge sharing. Hypothes is 2. Knowledge sharing will have a positive effect on customer orientation. Hypothes is 3. Inclusive leadership will have a positive effect on customer orientation. Hypothes is 4. Inclusive leadership will have a positive effect on customer orientation through knowledge sharing. Implications:This study suggests the introduction of inclusive leadership education and development programs to strengthen the competitiveness of food service companies, promote knowledge sharing, and establish a system to strengthen customer orientation.
