문화재 야행이 지역이미지와 방문의도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 여행업 종사자들을 대상으로 문화재 활용 정책의 일환인 문화재야행이 지역이미지와 방문의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 한다. 선행연구를 통해 문화재 야행 속성(매력성, 고유성, 학습성, 편의성), 지역이미지, 방문의도의 측정변수를 도출하고 각각의 영향관계를 살펴본 결과 문화재 야행 속성 모두 지역이미지에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 반면, 방문의도에는 학습성과 편의성만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 연구 대상인 여행업 종사자의 특성상 고객들에게 서비스를 제공함에 있어 다양한 학습 콘텐츠가 있고, 고객의 불편을 덜어주는 편의시설이 구비되어 있는 관광지를 선호하기 때문으로 보인다.

영문 초록

This study aims to assess the impact of cultural heritage night tours—a policy initiative leveraging cultural assets—on regional image and visitation intent among travel industry professionals. By reviewing prior research, this study identifies measurement variables for attributes of cultural heritage night tours (attractiveness, uniqueness, educational value, convenience), regional image, and visitation intent. The analysis shows that while all attributes of cultural heritage night tours positively affect the regional image, only educational value and convenience influence visitation intent. This can be attributed to the characteristics of the travel industry professionals surveyed, who prefer tourist destinations that offer diverse educational content and are equipped with amenities that reduce inconvenience for their clients.
