국문 초록

본 연구는 심리·사회적 학교환경 만족도와 진로성숙도 관계에서 또래애착과 자아존중감의 이중매개 효과를 확인하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 한국복지패널 2021년 16차 아동부가조사에 응답한 고등학생 309명의 데이터를 사용하였다. SPSSWin 21.0 ver을 이용하여 신뢰도 분석, 기술통계, 빈도분석, 상관관계 분석을 하였고, SPSS PROCESS macro 4.2 ver(6번 모델)을 이용하여 매개 분석을 하였다. 첫째, 고등학생의 심리·사회적 학교환경 만족도, 또래 친구 애착, 자아존중감, 진로성숙도 모두 높은 수준이었다. 둘째, 고등학생의 심리·사회적 학교환경 만족도는 또래애착과 자아존중감을 경로하여 진로성숙도에 영향을 미쳤다. 또한, 고등학생의 심리·사회적 학교환경 만족도가 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향을 또래애착과 자아존중감이 이중매개하고 있었다. 이 연구 결과에 근거하여 고등학생의 심리·사회적 학교환경 만족도가 진로성숙도에 미치는 긍정적인 영향력을 높이기 위해 또래애착과 자아존중감을 향상하는 방안을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the dual mediating effects of peer attachment and self-esteem on the relationship between psychosocial school environment satisfaction and career maturity. Data from 309 high school students who participated in the 16th wave of the Korean Welfare Panel Survey in 2021 were analyzed. Using SPSSWin 21.0, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, and correlation analysis were conducted. Additionally, the SPSS PROCESS macro 4.2 (Model 6) was employed for the mediation analysis. First, high school students reported high levels of psychosocial school environment satisfaction, peer attachment, self-esteem, and career maturity. Secondly, psychosocial school environment satisfaction among high school students influenced career maturity through the pathways of peer attachment and self-esteem. Furthermore, the impact of psychosocial school environment satisfaction on career maturity was found to be dual-mediated by peer attachment and self-esteem. Based on these findings, suggestions were made to enhance peer attachment and self-esteem in order to increase the positive influence of high school students' psychosocial school environment satisfaction on career maturity.
