국문 초록

본 연구의 목표는 NFT 미술품에 대한 거래현황에 따른 문제점을 고찰하고, NFT 미술품 구매 및 투자의 문제점 인식과 해결방안에 대해 제안하는 데에 있다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, NFT 시장은 인증 취약점, 개인 키 도용, 데이터 위변조, 저작권 도용 등의 문제가 있어, 블록체인의 보안성과 투명성에도 불구하고 구매자 보호, 저작권 분쟁 해결 등의 문제가 있다. 둘째, 설문조사 결과 응답자들은 NFT 사용과 학습에 어려움을 지적하고 분쟁해결과 신뢰성에 대한 가이드라인의 필요성을 강조했으며, 법/제도 개선과 사회적 인식 개선이 필요하다는 의견이 도출되었다. 셋째, 조사결과를 바탕으로 NFT 미술품에 대한 구매/투자 플랫폼의 인식개선과 분쟁 해결 기능에 대해 제안되었다. 본 연구의 데이터는 NFT 미술시장의 법/제도적 측면과 웹/앱 NFT 플랫폼 설계 및 개발에 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The goal of this study is to examine the problems with the current trading status of NFT art, and to recognize and propose solutions to the problems of purchasing and investing in NFT art. The results of the study are as follows First, the NFT market has problems such as authentication vulnerabilities, private key theft, data forgery, and copyright theft, making it difficult to protect buyers and resolve copyright disputes despite the security and transparency of the blockchain. Second, the survey results showed that respondents pointed out difficulties in using and learning about NFTs, emphasized the need for guidelines on dispute resolution and trustworthiness, and concluded that legal and institutional improvements and social awareness are needed. Third, based on the survey results, suggestions were made for improving the awareness and dispute resolution functions of NFT art purchase/investment platforms. The data from this study can be helpful for the legal/institutional aspects of the NFT art market and the design and development of web/app NFT platforms.
