지적장애아동의 지역사회 적응기술 향상을 위한 지역사회 중심 체험학습 프로그램 개발 및 적용 가능성 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구는 지적장애아동의 지역사회 적응기술 향상을 위하여 ADDIE 모형을 기반으로 지역사회 중심 체험학습 프로그램을 개발하였다. 프로그램 개발을 위해 특수교사 50명을 대상으로 체험학습 실태 및 요구분석에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였고, 관련 선행연구 문헌과 교육과정 분석을 통하여 지역사회 중심 통합교육과정을 구성하였다. 체험학습 교수학습 단계는 3단계로 구성하였다: 1)사전활동(주제 설정 및 계획 수립, 사전 조사학습), 2) 현장활동(사회 참여 체험학습), 3)사후활동(평가 및 확인, 적용 및 일반화). 기존 지역사회 중심 교수의 어려움을 보완하기 위해 스토리텔링(storytelling, S), 혼합현실(mixing reality, M), 체험학습 어플(application, A), 로봇코딩 교육자료(robotcoding, R), 또래 교수(peer tutoring, T)의 5가지 특수교육공학적 방법을 교수학습 단계별로 결합하여 지역사회 중심 체험학습 프로그램을 개발하였다. 이 프로그램은 워크북, e북, VR 그림지도, 어플, 코봇(COBOT), 체험학습 스탬프 투어의 주 자료와 평가용 어플과, 웹 홈페이지의 보조 자료로 구성된 교수학습자료이다. 이 자료를 통해 체험학습의 사전활동, 현장활동, 사후활동이 일원화될 수 있도록 하였다. 본 지역사회 중심 체험학습 프로그램의 적용 가능성을 탐색하기 위하여 초등학교 특수학급에 근무하는 특수교사 5명과 평가 대상으로 참가한 교사의 특수학급 학생 6명을 대상으로 체험학습 프로그램 반응평가를 실시하였다. 프로그램 반응평가 결과 5점 만점에 특수교사 4.55점, 지적장애 학생4.57점으로 나타나 특수교육 현장 적용 가능성이 높음을 확인할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

This study developed a community-oriented experience learning program to improve community adaptation skills for children with intellectual disabilities. To develop the program, we conducted a survey of 50 special education teachers to analyze their needs and conditions. Through analyzing related research literature and curriculum, we organized community-oriented integrated education courses. Based on this, set up teaching and learning steps, to implement community experience learning and future-oriented social study. In addition, by developing teaching and learning materials that combine the five elements of storytelling (S), mixing reality (M), application (A), RobotCoding (R), and peer-to-peer learning (T) for each stage of teaching, the program developed pre-experience activities, field activities and post-experience activities centered on the local community. In order to explore the applicability of this community-oriented experience learning program, five special teachers in elementary schools and their six students in special classes of the teachers who participated in the assessment were evaluated. The program’s response test results showed 4.55 points for special teachers and 4.57 points for students with intellectual disabilities. For the purpose of improving community adaptation skills for children with intellectual disabilities, the study found that the experience learning program which was developed by this study is highly likely to be applied to the field of special education.
