청소년의 불법촬영 행위에 미치는 영향요인

국문 초록

이 연구는 심각한 사회적 문제로 대두된 불법촬영에 영향을 미치는 요인을 경험적으로 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 부산여성가족개발원이 2021년 실시한「부산지역 아동·청소년 성문화 실태조사」자료를 활용하여 청소년의 불법촬영 행위에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 이 연구에 활용된 조사대상자는 총 853명이며, 이항 로지스틱 회귀분석 방법을 사용해 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 청소년의 불법촬영 행위에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 끼친 요인은 온라인상에서의 성차별적 혐오 표현 경험, 불법촬영 행위를 범죄로 인식하지 못하는 경우로 분석되었다. 연구 결과에 기초하여 온라인 환경에서의 청소년을 대상으로 한 실질적인 성차별 대책 마련과 디지털 성폭력 예방교육 그리고, 불법촬영이 범죄임을 명확히 알리는 교육이 시행되어야 할 것임을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to empirically investigate the factors influencing the serious societal issue of illegal filming. Using data from the “Survey on the Sexual Culture of Children and Adolescents in the Busan Area” conducted by the Busan Women and Family Development Institute in 2021, the study analyzed the factors that influence adolescents' involvement in illegal filming. A total of 853 participants were included in the study, and binary logistic regression analysis was used for the analysis. The results of the study indicated that the factors statistically significant in influencing adolescents' engagement in illegal filming were the experience of encountering sexual discrimination expressions online and a lack of recognition of illegal filming as a criminal activity. Based on the findings, this study recommended the development of practical measures to address sexual discrimination in online environments targeted at adolescents, the enhancement of digital sexual violence prevention education.
