코로나19 시대 간호대학생의 비대면 건강관리 봉사활동 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 코로나19의 장기화로 봉사활동이 제한된 상황에서 간호대학생의 비대면 건강관리봉사프로그램이 진로준비행동, 전공만족도, 간호전문직관과 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 영향을확인하고자 K도 J시 소재 K대학 재학생 36명을 대상으로 수집하였다. 본 연구 프로그램은 지역거주 독거 노인에게 코로나19로 비대면 건강관리 봉사프로그램을 개발하여 8주간 간호대학생들이 봉사활동을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계량과 회귀분석을 이용하였다. 연구결과는 대상자가 비대면 건강관리 봉사활동 참여 전에 비해, 참여 직후, 1주 후의 평균값이 증가하였으며,시간이 지날수록 진로준비행동(F=17.789, p=.000), 전공만족도(F=22.472, p=.000), 간호전문직관(F=19.473, p=.000), 진로결정자기효능감(F=28.248, p=.000)에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 진로준비행동의 시간간의 차이는 pre vs post 1(t=-6.481, p<.001), pre vs post 2(t=-6.481, p<.001), post1 vs post 2(t=-3.70, p<.001), 전공만족도의 시간간의 차이는 pre vs post 2(t=-4.363, p<.001), post1 vs post 2(t=-7.751, p=.001), 간호전문직관의 시간간의 차이는 pre vs post 1(t=-2.604, p=.013), pre vs post 2(t=-5.603, p<.001), post1 vs post 2(t=-2.997, p=.005), 진로결정효능감의 시간간의 차이는 pre vs post 1(t=-3.070, p=.004), pre vs post 2(t=-7.539, p<.001), post1 vs post 2(t=-4.788, p<.001)로 모두유의하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 비교과과정 활동으로 다양한 비대면 봉사프로그램의 개발과 적용을 제언하는 바이다.

영문 초록

This study was collected from 36 students at K University in J, K-si, K-do to confirm the impact of non-face-to-face health care volunteer programs on career preparation behavior, major satisfaction, nursing professionalism and career decision-making self-efficacy in a situation where volunteer work is limited due to the prolonged Covid 19. This study program developed a non-face-to-face health care volunteer program with Covid 19 for the elderly living alone in the region, and nursing students conducted non-face-to-face volunteer activities for 8 weeks. Descriptive statistics and regression analysis were used for the collected data. The study results showed that the average value immediately after participation and one week after participation increased compared to before the subjects participated in non-face-to-face health care volunteer activities, and career preparation behavior (F=17.789, p=.000), major satisfaction (F=22.472, p=.000), nursing professional (F=19.473, p=.000), career decision-making self-efficacy (F=28.248, p=.000) There was a significant difference. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested to develop and apply various non-face-to-face volunteer programs as non-curricular activities of nursing college students.
