예비 문화예술교육사 대상 비대면 교육의 만족도 평가

국문 초록

국내 문화예술교육사 양성 교육은 전국 8개 지정 교육기관에서 시행 중이다. 지난 2019년 발발한 코로나 19의 확산으로 인해 대부분 교육기관에서 비대면 교육으로의 전환이 불가피한 상황에 처하게 되었다. 지난 3년여 기간 동안 지속하였던 비대면 교육이 점차 대면 교육으로 전환하고 있는바, 연구자는 예비 문화예술교육사 대상 비대면 교육 만족도 평가의 필요성을 인식하고 현황 파악을 위해 설문조사를 시행하였다. 설문결과 응답자들은 지정 교육기관 비대면 교육의 가장 큰 장점이 ‘시·공간적 유연성’임을 언급하였다. 반면 가장 큰 단점으로는 ‘다른 학습자와의 소통 기회 부족’을 지적하였다. 교육 환경적 측면에서 ‘지정 교육기관의 행정지원에 대한 평가는 긍정적’ 평가가 우세하다. 교수자 측면은 ‘소통 원활의 여부’를 중요하게 평가했고, ‘교수자가 소통의 통로를 마련하지 않았을 때’ 불만을 표출했다. 학습자 측면에서는 ‘응답자의 85% 이상이 본인은 수업에 열심히 참여했다’고 답했고, ‘80%는 자신은 비대면 교육을 위한 장비가 갖추고 있으며 수강 시 필요한 정보를 쉽게 얻을 수 있었다’고 밝혔다. 교육 내용적 측면에서는 ‘현장 사례 관련 내용’에 대한 만족도가 높았다. 반면, ‘내용이 체계적이지 않거나 일방적인 기초이론만 반복할 때’ 만족도가 낮았다. 설문조사 결과 나타난 시사점을 바탕으로 제언을 도출하였다.

영문 초록

Training education for Pre-service Arts and Culture Education Instructors in Korea is being conducted at eight designated educational institutions nationwide. Due to the spread of COVID-19, which broke out in 2019, the transition to non-face-to-face education is inevitable in most educational institutions. As non-face-to-face education, which has lasted for the past three years, is gradually shifting to face-to-face education, researchers recognized the need to evaluate the satisfaction of non-face-to-face education for preliminary “Arts and Culture Education Instructions” and conducted a survey to understand the current status. As a result of the survey, respondents mentioned that the biggest advantage of non-face-to-face education at designated educational institutions is “time and spatial flexibility.” On the other hand, he pointed out that the biggest disadvantage was the lack of opportunities to communicate with other learners. In terms of the educational environment, the evaluation of “positive evaluation of administrative support by designated educational institutions” prevails. The instructor's side evaluated ”whether or not communication is smooth” as important and expressed dissatisfaction “when the instructor did not provide a channel for communication.” On the learner's side, more than 85% of the respondents said they participated in the class hard, and 80% said they were equipped for non-face-to-face education and could easily obtain the information they needed when taking the course. In terms of educational content, satisfaction with “content related to field cases” was high. On the other hand, satisfaction was low when the content was not systematic or only one-sided basic theory was repeated. Suggestions were drawn based on the implications of the survey results.
