温度感觉词“热”与“뜨겁다”的语义对比研究

영문 초록

Tactile sense is the earliest and the most basic human sense. It is also the most widely distributed, most complex senses, and bases of other higher level senses. As an important member of the tactile sense, the concept of temperature is very rich, and its meaning can be projected from the temperature domain onto the more complex domain of environment and attention by the mechanism of metaphor and metonymy. Using cognitve linguistic method and taking semantic domain as the basic compatative unit, the present study conducted a systematic comparison of two temperature sensation word, Chinese “Re” and Korean “tteugeopda”, in terms of thier basic and extended meanings. The result show that there are 11 domains for “Re” and 8 domains for “tteugeopda”. The temperature domain, degree domain, attention domain, spleen domain, relationship domain, environmental domain, and circumstance domain are shared by the two words. The processing domain, disease domain, attitude domain and vision domain is exclusively owned by “Re” while sexuality domain is owned only by “tteugeopda ”. The analysis of the semantic distribution of the temperature sense words “hot” and “tteugeopda” in terms of their commonality and individuality can not only help us understand the expressional characteristics of Chinese and Korean language more clearly, but also help us to explore the cognitive mechanism behind language facts.
