자연채광을 매개로한 도시재생 Urban Promenade에 관한 연구 ╶ 문래 예술촌 적용 중심으로╶

국문 초록

본 연구는 도시재생 맥락으로 urban promenade 디자인개념을 정의하고, 최근 한국에서 진행되고 있는 ‘서울로7017’로 대표되는 도시재생사례와 외국의 관련 사례인미국 뉴욕의 ‘하이라인(High Line)’이나 ‘로우라인(Low Line)’을 조사해 그 현황을 밝혔다. 분석에 의해 도출된채광 문제를 기존 채광 시스템 사례를 조사하여 연구하였다. 또한, urban promenade 개념의 디자인을 국내 임의선정 대상지인 문래동 예술 촌에 대입하여 디자인prototype을 제시한다. 해당 디자인 안은 도시재생 차원의 문래동 예술촌 커뮤니티 공간 개발뿐 아니라 유사 문화예술인 도시재생 공간 구조물로 응용할 수 있도록 유니트 모듈화 하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 발생된 urban promenade 개념을 중심으로 이루어진 디자인 사례의 문제점과 채광문제의 연구내용, 조립식 유니트 구조체가향후 도시재생의 공간구조물 연구의 밑거름이 되기를 바란다.

영문 초록

This study mainly focuses on the proposal of urban promenade design which follows the worldwide context of Urban regeneration issues. New York High line, Low line Park and the recent Seoullo 7017 project are the typical examples of the urban promenade. These Projects regenerated the abandoned Bridges or the Rail ways into the Park or so what we call 'urban promenade' where everyone can joy as a community space. However, by examining the cases mentioned, they show some problems on the lighting and accessibility issues. Through this study, there will be a solution concerning the problems that have been shown by the precedent cases. By this process we will be able to study what 'urban promenade' is and the meaning it contains.
