생활지원사의 직무스트레스와 우울이 서비스 질에 미치는 영향 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 노인맞춤돌봄서비스를 제공하는 수행기관 중에서 대구시 및 구미시 소재 12개 시설에 종사하는 생활지원사를 대상으로 하여 생활지원사의 직무스트레스와 우울이 서비스 질에 대한 영향관계를 살펴보고, 이러한 변인들의 관계에서 자기위로능력이 어떠한 매개역할을 하는지에 대한 분석을 통해 실천적 함의를 도출해 내는 것이 연구의 목적이다. 연구의 목적에 따른 함의는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 생활지원사의 직무스트레스와 우울은 서비스 질에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 생활지원사의 직무스트레스와 우울은 자기위로능력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 생활지원사의 직무스트레스와 우울이 서비스 질에 미치는 영향관계에서 자기위로능력은 유의한 매개효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었으나, 생활지원사의 직무스트레스와 우울이 서비스 질의 영향관계에서 자기위로능력의 매개적 역할을 직접적으로 연구한 선행연구는 찾아 볼 수 없었다. 향후 정부 및 수행기관에서는 생활지원사의 직무스트레스와 우울을 완화하고 강한 자기위로능력 함양을 위한 프로그램을 제공하여 이에 대한 대책을 수립해 나갈 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of job stress and depression on service quality of living support workers in 12 facilities in Daegu and Gumi among the institutions providing customized care services for the elderly, and to derive practical implications through analysis of self-comfort capabilities in the relationship between these variables. The implications for the purpose of the study are as follows. First, it was analyzed that job stress and depression of life support companies had a significant effect on service quality. Second, it was analyzed that job stress and depression of life support companies had a significant effect on self-comfort ability. Third, it was analyzed that self-comfort ability had a significant mediating effect in the relationship between job stress and depression of life support companies on service quality, but no previous study directly studied the mediating role of self-comfort ability in the relationship between job stress and depression. In the future, the government and performing agencies need to establish countermeasures by providing programs to alleviate job stress and depression of life support providers and foster strong self-comfort capabilities.
