도박중독 예방프로그램을 통한 도박문제 수준의 변화 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 도박중독 대학생에게 도박중독 예방프로그램을 설계 및 적용하여 도박문제 수준의 변화를 분석하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 특히 스마트폰을 이용하여 손쉽게 접근할 수 있는 대학생의 주식투자 중독 치료 및 예방을 위해 사전검사 실시결과 도박자기진단에서 8점 이상(문제성 도박)을 받은 학생들을 대상으로 연구 참여자 3명을 선정하게 되었다. 연구의 참여자 3명은 2022년 12월 2일∼2022년 12월 9일까지 총 8회기의 프로그램을 운영한 후 질적연구 방법을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 질적연구 분석의 결과를 뒷받침하기 위해 도박자기진단 사전사후 검사를 실시하였으며, 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주식투자 중독과 관련된 다양한 진술을 토대로 ‘주식 투자 중독 인식’, ‘주식투자 중독 때문에 일상에서 다양한 문제의 경험’, ‛문제가 되는 것을 알면서도 주식투자를 줄이지 못하는 이유’, ‘주식 투자 중독 해결의 곤란’이란 4개의 주요 개념을 제시하게 되었다. 둘째, 도박자기진단 사전·사후 실시에서 연구대상자 모두 도박문제수준의 변화가 긍정적으로 나타났다. 따라서 스마트폰을 이용하여 손쉽게 접근할 수 있는 대학생의 주식투자 중독 치료 및 예방을 위해 도박중독 예방프로그램을 지원해야할 것으로 판단된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze changes in the level of gambling problems by designing and applying a gambling addiction prevention program to college students with gambling addiction. To this end, three study participants were selected for students who received more than 8 points (problematic gambling) from the diagnosis as a result of preliminary tests to treat and prevent stock investment addiction of college students who can be easily accessed using smartphones. Three participants in the study operated a total of eight programs from December 2, 2022 to December 9, 2022, and analyzed them using qualitative research methods, and pre-post-test was conducted by gamblers to support the results of qualitative research analysis. First, based on various statements related to stock investment addiction, four main concepts were presented: 'Awareness of stock investment addiction', 'Experience of various problems in daily life because of stock investment addiction', 'Why stock investment cannot be reduced even though they know it is a problem', and 'Difficulty in solving stock investment addiction'. Second, in the pre- and post-gambling self-diagnosis implementation, both subjects showed a positive change in the level of the gambling problem. Therefore, it is judged that gambling addiction prevention programs should be supported to treat and prevent stock investment addiction, especially college students who can easily access using smartphones.
