사회복지지원기관의 직무역량 향상을 위한 교육체계 개발 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 우리나라 사회복지제도의 지원 전문기관의 직무역량 제고를 위한 교육체계 개발을 위해 직무별, 직급별 구성원에 대한 FGI를 수행하였다. 본 연구의 과정을 통하여 사회복지분야 전문가를 위한 직무역량을 지식, 스킬, 태도의 영역별로 도출하였으며, 이에 따른 교육체제를 구성하였다. 먼저, 도출된 직무역량으로는, 지식영역에서 업무별 전문지식, 사회적 트렌드 이해, 사회복지관련 법령지식, 스킬영역에서 기획능력, 의사소통능력, 문제파악 및 해결능력, 그리고 기타능력으로 글쓰기, 홍보, 어학, 행정 능력, 태도영역에서는 대인관계능력, 주도적 태도, 이타심, 대외관계능력, 자기개발능력, 상황판단 및 위기대처 능력 등이 있다. 도출된 역량을 기반으로 교육체계를 리더십 과정, 직무역량 및 자기계발, 법정의무교육의 세 개 트랙으로 구성하였다.

영문 초록

In this study, FGI was performed on members by job and position to develop an educational system to enhance the job competency of specialized institutions to support the social welfare system in Korea. Through the process of this study, job competencies for experts in the social welfare field were derived by areas of knowledge, skills, and attitudes, and an education system was constructed accordingly. First, as the derived job competency, professional knowledge for each job in the knowledge area, understanding social trends, social welfare-related legal knowledge, planning ability, communication ability, problem identification and solution ability in the skill area, and writing and publicity in other skills In the areas of , language, administrative ability, and attitude, there are interpersonal skills, leadership attitude, altruism, external relations ability, self-development ability, situation judgment and crisis coping ability, etc. Based on the derived competencies, the education system was composed of three tracks: leadership course, job competency and self-development, and statutory compulsory education.
