국문 초록

본 연구는 시각-촉각 연합 촉진과 연계한 점검 기반의 가상 조리시연이 시각중복장애 고등학생의 칼국수 조리직무기술에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 독립변인은 비디오 모델링 자료를 통한 시각 촉진, 조리 도구 및 재료를 통한 촉각 촉진을 연합한 중재 절차와 연계하여 직무 분석표를 통한 점검 기반의 특수학교 내 조리실습실에서의 가상 조리시연이 적용된 절차로 구성되었다. 종속변인은 참여자들이 칼국수 전문 식당 내 주방에서 칼국수를 직접 조리하는 것이며, 과제분석을 통해 10가지의 상세 하위 단계기술들이 구성되었다. 참여자들은 가상 조리시연을 통해 칼국수 조리직무기술을 효과적으로 습득하고 일반화하였다. 시각-촉각 연합 촉진과 점검 기반의 가상 조리시연이 상호 협력적인 중재 절차 및 방법 차원으로 시각중복장애학생의 조리직무기술 수행 효과에 기여할 수 있다는 가능성을 시사할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of monitoring-based virtual cooking demonstrations linked to the promotion of visual-tactile union on the kalguksu cooking job skills of students with visual impairments and multiple disabilities. The independent variable consisted of a procedure in which a virtual cooking demonstration was applied in a special school cooking practice room based on monitoring through a job analysis table in conjunction with an intervention procedure combining visual promotion through video modeling data and tactile promotion through cooking tools and ingredients. The dependent variable is that participants cook kalguksu directly in the kitchen in a restaurant specializing in kalguksu, and 10 detailed sub-level techniques were constructed through task analysis. It was found that participants effectively acquired and generalized the performance of the positive response of the target behavior through the intervention program.. It was possible to suggest the possibility that the promotion of visual-tactile union and monitoring-based virtual cooking demonstration could contribute to the effects of performing cooking job skills of students with visual impairments and multiple disabilities in terms of cooperative intervention procedures and methods.
