국어과 예비 교사의 수업 실행에 대한 학생 평가 영향 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 국어과 예비 교사의 수업 실행 변인과 학생 만족도와의 영향 관계를 탐구하는 것이다. 이를 위해 먼저 국어과 예비 교사의 수업 실행에 대한 학생 평가 도구를 개발하고, 국어과 예비 교사들이 실시한 38개 학급의 수업 실행에 대한 학생 평가를 통해 1,159건의 연구 자료를 확보하였다. 학생 평가 결과는 양적 통계 분석 방법과 질적 연구 방법인 심층 인터뷰를 통해 분석하였다. 그 결과, 수업 실행 변인과 학생 만족도 간의 일대일 상관관계를 살핀 결과에서는 총 12개의 수업 실행 변인이 추출되었으며, 수업 실행 전체 변인과 학생 만족도 간의 영향 관계를 살핀 결과에서는 총 8개의 수업 실행 변인이 추출되었다. 심층 인터뷰를 통해 예비 교사들이 자신의 수업 실행에 대한 학생 평가에 대해 이중적 반응을 보인다는 점과 학생 평가 반응을 통해 자신의 수업 실행을 점검하고 나름의 수업 실행 방법을 터득해 간다는 점을 확인하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the influential relationship between pre-service Korean language teachers’ instruction implementation and student satisfaction. To this end, student assessment tools for the instruction implementation of the Korean language class were developed, which were then used for student assessment of the pre-service Korean language teachers’ instruction implementation in thirty eight classrooms. Based on this way, data sources were collected cases of 1,159. The results of the student assessment were analyzed through quantitative statistical analysis and in-depth interviews, which are qualitative research methods. Consequently, the Korean language teachers’ instruction implementation variables that had a high influence on student satisfaction were extracted. In detail, the results of correlation analysis between pre-service Korean language teachers’ instruction implementation and student satisfaction were extracted 12 variables, and that of regression analysis were extracted 6 variables. It was confirmed through the in-depth interviews that the pre-service teachers showed contradictory responses to the student assessment of their own instruction implementation and that they were assessing their instruction implementation through the student assessment responses.
