국문 초록

목적 : 미래 사회에 능동적으로 대비할 수 있는 국어 문식성 교육의 방향성을 탐색해 보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 방법 : 국어 문식성 교육 자체를 하나의 유기체로 보고 미래 사회의 급격한 사회 문화적 역동성과 문식 환경의 변화를 ‘지금 여기’의 생태학적 조건으로 파악하여 접근하는 David Barton의 생태학적 접근법을 통해 현 국어 교육을 비판적으로 검토하고 이를 바탕으로 미래 사회를 대비할 수 있는 국어 문식성 교육의 역할과 과제를 탐색해 보았다. 결과 : 본 연구에서는 미래 사회에 대응할 수 있는 국어 문식성 교육의 대안으로 신문식성 교육을 통한 새로운 디지털 테크놀로지 기반 문식 환경에 대한 적응력 강화, 비판적 문식성 교육을 통한 사회적 문식 실천 역량 강화, 인식적 문식성 교육을 통한 인문학적 소양과 창의적 사고 역량 강화를 제안하였다. 결론 : 이제 국어 문식성 교육은 인간 소외를 극복하고 당당한 문식 실천 주체로서 인공지능이 할 수 없는 것을 할 수 있는 ‘힘’을 길러주는 권한 부여적 차원의 접근을 통해 미래 사회에 대한 대응력을 강화해 나가야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Purpose : The purpose of this paper is to explore the direction of Korean literacy education which is needed to actively prepare for the future society characterized by the speed of change and the period of uncertainty. Methods : I have searched the roles and tasks of Korean literacy education that can critically examine and prepare future society, which is a super-connected intelligence society triggered by the 4th industrial revolution, based on the David Barton’s ecological approach. Results : In this study, as an alternative to Korean language literacy education that can cope with the future society, we suggested strengthening adaptability of digital literary environment through new literacy education, capacity of social literacy practice through critical literacy education, creative thinking ability through humanities literacy education. Conclusion : In addition, the direction of Korean literacy education for the future society is based on the empowerment model that fosters literacy can ‘adapt’ to a new literary environment, and develop the ‘power’ that artificial intelligence can not do.
