자하 하디드 건축의 형태적 특징을 활용한 조명 제작연구

국문 초록

현시대의 예술은 각각 독립된 영역이 아닌 서로 연계하여 상호 보완적 관계를 갖고, 통합된 조형의 형태를 보인다. 최근 공예는 자신의 개성을 표현하기 위해, 혹은 자신의 공간을 아름답게 만들기 위해 관심을 받고 있으며, 공예품은 생활공간에 조각, 회화, 건축 등의 다양한 소재와 개념 등과 접목되어 발전하고 있다. 이로써 공예품과 공간디자인과도 상호 밀접한 관계가 되었으며, 이와 관련된 산업도 증가하는 추세이다. 이에 본 연구자는 건축영역과 공예를 접목하여 조명의 디자인을 제시하고자 한다. 그중에서도 불규칙한 형태, 유연한 곡선과 과감한 면 분할을 다양하게 시도하여, 주목받는 건축가 자하 하디드를 선정, 그녀의 건축 형태의 특징을 살린 조명디자인을 제시하였다. 자하하디드 건축의 곡률 반지름, 최대 값, 최소 값 등을 분석하여. 이를 바탕으로 그녀가 가진 곡면의 특징을 가진 조명을 3D프로그램을 활용하여 제작하였다. 본 연구를 통해 제시한 조명작품과 같이, 다양하고 새로운 조명제작 및 개발에 아이디어를 제공해 주는 계기가 되기를 바라며, 이후 3D프로그램 등을 활용한 조명제작의 시도로써 그 가치를 두고 있으며, 향후 금속 공예에서 3D기술이 적극적 활용과 다양한 시도를 통해 창의적 작품이 생산될 수 있기를 바란다.

영문 초록

Contemporary art is not independent of each other, but has a complementary relationship with each other and shows an integrated formative form. Recently, crafts are receiving attention to express one's individuality or to make one's space beautiful, and crafts are developing by combining various materials and concepts such as sculpture, painting, and architecture in living space. As a result, crafts and space design have a close relationship with each other, and related industries are steadily increasing. Therefore, this researcher intends to present the design of lighting by combining the architectural field with crafts. Among them, Zaha Hadid, a notable architect, was selected and presented a lighting design that utilizes the characteristics of her architectural form by trying various irregular shapes, flexible curves, and bold divisions. By analyzing the radius of curvature, maximum and minimum values of Zaha Hadid's architecture. Based on this, the lighting with the characteristics of Zaha Hadid's curved surface was produced using a 3D program. Like the lighting works presented in this study, I hope that it will serve as an opportunity to provide ideas for various and new lighting production and development. I hope that creative works can be produced through active use of 3D technology and various attempts.
