국문 초록

최근 섬유디자인 산업계 전반적으로 ESG경영과 저탄소 캠페인 등을 실천하며 환경을 생각하는 방향으로 산업의 체질 개선을 향한 움직임 전개되고 있다. 우수한 제품을 디자인하고 생산하는 것에만 치중하는 것이 아니라, 환경을 보호하는 소비자에게 더욱더 다양한 선택의 기회를 제공하려는 측면이 강하게 나타나고 있다. 이는 수년간 패스트패션(Fast Fashion) 또는 스파(SPA, Speciality Retailer of Private Apparel)라고 불리는 의류제작 환경으로 인한 환경오염 문제가 대두되면서 섬유디자인의 지속가능성에 주목하고 있기 때문이다. 본 연구의 목적은 환경문제의 대두와 더불어 섬유디자인에서 지속가능성을 모색하는 디지털프린팅의 발전된 기술을 분석하여 섬유디자인의 발전 방향을 모색하는 것이다. 소비자는 제품의 디자인뿐만 아니라 실용성과 기능성을 모두 충족하길 희망한다. DTP(디지털 텍스타일 프린팅, Digital Textile Printing)은 기존의 복잡한 재판 과정의 프린팅 공정과는 달리 원하는 부분에만 날염을 할 수 있는 경제적인 방식으로 최신의 친환경적 트랜드를 만족시킬 수 있는 공정이다. 이에 포털사이트 네이버와 구글, 인스타그램과 페이스북을 통한 문헌 연구를 통해 현재 대두되는 섬유디자인 경향을 파악하고 디지털프린팅 전문사이트 등을 중심으로 지속가능한 섬유를 제작하기 위한 생산 기술과 공정 과정에 대해 고찰하였다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 디지털프린팅을 통한 섬유디자인 제작이 지속가능한 방향으로 발전하기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

Recently, the textile design industry as a whole has been moving toward improving the constitution of the industry in the direction of considering the environment by practicing ESG management and low-carbon campaigns. Rather than focusing only on designing and producing excellent products, there is a strong aspect of providing more diverse choices to consumers who protect the environment. This is because the textile design industry has been paying attention to sustainable textile production due to environmental pollution caused by the clothing production environment called Fast Fashion or SPA (Speciality Retailer of Private Apparel) for many years. The purpose of this study is to explore the development direction of textile design by analyzing the development cases of digital printing that seek sustainable fiber development along with the rise of environmental problems in the textile design field. Consumers hope to meet both practicality and functionality as well as the design of the product. Digital Textile Printing (DTP) is a process that can satisfy the latest eco-friendly trends in an economical way that allows printing only on the desired part, unlike the existing complex trial process. Accordingly, through literature research through portal sites Naver, Google, Instagram, and Facebook, the current textile design trends were identified and the production technology and process were considered to produce sustainable fibers centered on digital printing sites. Based on this study, it is expected that textile design production through digital printing will develop in a sustainable direction.
