국문 초록

최근 여성을 향한 무차별적이며 폭력적인 범죄가 발생하고 있으며, 이는 사회적 활동 및 영향력이 증가하고 있는 여성의 안전에 위협적인 요소이다. 그러므로 사회적, 제도적 그리고 다양한 제품들을 통해서 사전 예방 및 즉각적인 조치가 이루어질 수 있도록 예방되어야 한다. 본 연구는 성범죄 예방을 위하여 선행연구에 근거하여 성범죄 현황을 개관하고 선행 제도 및 디바이스, 애플리케이션을 분석하여 실제 상황에서 사용할 수 있는 활용성을 분석하여 합리적이고 효율성을 가진 기능의 웨어러블 디바이스의 디자인을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구의 범위와 방법으로는 성범죄 예방을 위한 디바이스, 제도, 애플리케이션에 관련된 선행연구 및 사례를 기반으로 분석을 진행하였다. 연구 결과로서 연구자는 기성 제품이나 제도, 애플리케이션 등이 가지는 문제점에 대하여 기능적으로 보완할 수 있는 시스템을 갖추며 외형적으로 두드러지지 않는 웨어러블 디바이스 디자인을 제안하였다. 결과적으로 이러한 디자인의 프로토타입 제작이 진행되어 사용자의 평가를 받아 보완 및 수정해야 하는 부분이 부족하였다. 그리고 이러한 연구를 통해서 제도적 및 사회적 차원의 변화가 이루어져 동시다발적인 변화가 필요하다는 것을 알게 되었다. 여성을 대상으로 하는 범죄의 증가와 폭력의 수위가 나날이 증가함에 따라 범죄 예방 및 사전차단을 위한 다방면의 연구가 지속적으로 필요해 보인다.

영문 초록

Recently, indiscriminate and sexual assault have occurred against women, which is a threat to the safety of women whose social activities and influence are increasing. Therefore, prevention and immediate action should be prevented through social, institutional, and various products. To prevent sexual assault, this study aims to propose a design of a wearable device with reasonable and efficient functions by overviewing the current status of sexual assault based on previous studies, analyzing the utilization that can be used in real situations. As for the scope and method of the study, the analysis was conducted based on previous studies and cases related to devices, systems, and applications for the prevention of sexual assault. As a result of the study, the researcher proposed a wearable device design that has a system that can functionally supplement problems such as off-the-shelf products, institutions, and applications and is not noticeable in appearance. As a result, the prototype of this design was produced, and there was a lack of parts that needed to be supplemented and modified by user evaluation. And through these studies, it was found that changes in institutional and social dimensions were made, and simultaneous changes were needed. In the future, as crime targeting women increases and the level of violence increases day by day, various studies for crime prevention and pre-blocking seem to be continuously needed.
