중어중문학과 전공수업 ‘중국고전소설과 콘텐츠’의 사례

국문 초록

현 시기 중어중문학의 전공 교육은 새로운 국면을 맞이하고 있다. 학령 인구의 감소, 실용 위주 학문 중시로 인한 인문학의 소외, 게다가 교수자와 학습자가 대학 수업을 대면으로 진행하기 어려운 현실은 지금까지 보편적으로 시행되어 온 중어중문학 전공 교육에 변화를 가해야만 한다. 게다가 혐중국적 정서마저도 팽배한 현재, 중어중문학 전공이 과연 가치 있고 유망한 것인가라는 질문에 대해 중어중문학 전공 교육에서는 이제 그 해답을 제시해야만 하는 상황에 도달하였다. 이에 본 논문에서는 부산대학교 중어중문학과에서 21학년도 1학기에 진행한 ‘중국고전소설과 콘텐츠’ 수업을 사례로 들어 중어중문학 전공의 의미를 학습자에게 교육하는 방안에 대해 제시하고자 한다. 본래 이 수업의 명칭은 강독 위주의 ‘중국고전소설’이었으며 21학년도 1학기부터 ‘중국고전소설과 콘텐츠’라는 제명으로 새롭게 바뀌었다. 즉 텍스트로서의 중국고전소설을 학습하는 것이 아니라 중국고전소설을 콘텐츠의 측면에서 활용함에 더 큰 의미를 부여하는 것으로 수업이 전환된 것이다. 특히 코로나 19로 인해 비대면 강의가 주조를 이룬 현재, 수업을 매개로 형성되는 대학의 교수자와 학습자 간의 친밀도는 이전 대면 강의 때에 비해 현저히 저하되었다. 따라서 ‘중국고전소설과 콘텐츠’ 수업에서는 비접촉의 언택트가 아니라, 온라인 상으로 끊임없이 상호 연계되는 온택트를 지향하며 수업의 기본 구조를 이론 교수, 학습자의 발표, 학습자 간 회의, 교수자의 피드백으로 설정하여 학습자의 학습실재감이 획득되어지도록 하였다. 나아가 학습자가 이 수업을 통해 중어중문학을 기반으로 다른 전공 지식을 융합해내는 최종 목적에 이르도록 수업을 설계하였다. 이는 현 시기 중어중문학 전공이 지닌 의미와 가치를 학습자에게 전수하는 과정과 일치되며 본 논문에서 집중적으로 논구하는 학업효능감과 전공효용성의 체득에 해당한다. 즉 전공 교육의 학습자는 ‘중국고전소설과 콘텐츠’ 수업을 통해 자신의 전공이 현재적 힘을 발휘할 수 있다는 확신을 획득하며 이러한 확신은 중어중문학 전공 교육에 대한 새로운 위상 정립으로 이어질 것으로 전망한다.

영문 초록

The major education of Chinese and Chinese literature in the ontact era is now in a new phase. The decline in the school-age population, the importance of practical studies, and the difficulty of conducting university classes face-to-face have become a situation in which all methods of education that have been universally implemented so far must be changed. If so, what kind of changes should be accompanied? Should we give up the academicism of universities that educate Chinese literature and speed up for a practical shift? In this paper, I would like to present an alternative to Chinese Chinese literature education seeking changes in the Tact era, taking the “Chinese classical novels and contents” class held in the first semester of the 21st school year at Pusan National University’s Chinese literature department. The name of this class was originally “reading Chinese classical novels,” and it was newly renamed “Chinese classical novels and contents” from the first semester of the 21st school year. In other words, it has been transformed to give greater meaning to learning Chinese classical novels as content rather than learning Chinese classical novels as text. In particular, as non-face-to-face lectures have been dominated by COVID-19, the intimacy between instructors and learners at universities formed through classes has decreased significantly compared to previous face-to-face lectures. Therefore, in the “Chinese Classical Novels and Contents” class, it aims not for contactless contact, but for ontact, which is constantly interconnected online, and the basic structure of the class is set as theoretical lectures, presentations, meetings, and feedback to gain a sense of learning reality. In addition, through this class, the class was designed to reach the final purpose of converging other major knowledge based on Chinese Chinese literature. In addition, in this paper, we also studied the process in which learners majoring in Chinese and Chinese literature acquire major utility through academic efficacy. The main point of this paper is that the major subject of a university called Chinese classical novels gives meaning and value to major learners even in non-face-to-face situations.
