서울ㆍ경기지역 삼국시대 산성 정비와 진정성 유지 방안

국문 초록

본고에서는 서울ㆍ경기 지역의 석축 산성 중 우선 신라의 주치소인 하남 이성산성, 서울아차산성, 이천 설봉산성과 연차적인 성벽 보수가 이루어진 여주 파사성, 안성 죽주산성, 오산 독산성, 포천 반월성에 대한 정비 현황을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 고고학적 자료가 확보되지 않은 상태에서 성벽을 해체 보수한 산성에서 많은문제점을 확인하였다. 복합성에서 성벽선을 잘못 파악하여 원형을 훼손된 사례나 여러 시기에 걸쳐 수개축이 이루어진 산성에 정비 기준 시점을 설정하지 않아서 새로운 성벽을 만들어버린 경우도 있었다. 또한 추정 높이선까지 정비를 진행하여 신재 사용이 증가하여 성벽의가시적인 이질감이 발생하고, 구조적인 불안정으로 성벽이 반복적으로 붕괴하는 경우도 있었다. 그리고 산성의 정비 과정에서 발굴조사-실시설계-보수공사가 유기적으로 연결되지 못하는 상황에서 문화재를 보존하는 것이 아니라 오히려 진정성을 훼손한 경우도 있음을확인하였다. 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위하여 완전한 산성 복원을 지양하고 최소한의 정비를 진행해야 하며, 향후 새로운 자료와 기술이 확보되면 재수리가 가능한 가역성을 확보하는 방안을 정리하였다. 산성은 보존과 활용을 위한 필수적인 지점만 최소한으로 정비해야 하며, 정비의 과정에서 각 단계별로 유기적으로 자료를 공유하고 상호 체크해야 한다는 점을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This paper analyzed the maintenance status of Hanam Iseongsanseong Fortress, Seoul Achasanseong Fortress, Icheon Seolbongsanseong Fortress, Yeoju Pasaseong Fortress, Anseong Jukjusanseong Fortress, Osan Doksanseong Fortress, and Pocheon Banwolseong Fortress, where long-term repair work was carried out. As a result of the analysis, many problems wereidentified in the fortress where the walls were dismantled and repaired without securing archaeological data. In some cases, the original shape was damaged due to incorrect identification of the fortress of the complex structure, and it is also confirmed that the standard time for construction was not set while repairing the fortress walls with traces of repair several times in the past. In addition, when the estimated height line was repaired, the use of new stone increased, resulting in a visible sense of heterogeneity of the walls, and repeatedly collapsed due to structural instability. It was confirmed that excavation, design, and construction were not organically connected during the repair process of the fortress, so the fortress was not preserved, but rather the authenticity was damaged. In order to solve these problems, complete fortress wall repair should be avoided and minimum maintenance should be carried out, and measures to secure reversibility that can be repaired again when new data and technologies are secured in the future are summarized. It was suggested that only essential points for conservation and utilization should be repaired to a minimum, and that data should be organically shared and checked at each stage in the process of maintenance.
