한국인의 식사 빈도에 따른 유형화 및 영향요인 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 2018년도 ‘국민건강영양조사’ 원시자료를 활용하여 일주일 동안의 식사 빈도를 잠재프로파일분석을 통해 유형화 하여 집단에 따라 식사 빈도에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악하였다. 식사 빈도를 파악하여 유형화 한 결과 3개의 잠재 집단이 적합한 것으로 분석되었으며 유형의 특징에 따라 ‘평균 식사형’, ‘높은 점심 식사형’, ‘낮은 점심 식사형’ 으로 명명하였다. 유형에 따라 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 ‘평균 식사형’을 기준 변수로 하여 다항 로지스틱회귀분석을 실시하였고 그 결과 ‘높은 점심 식사형’을 결정하는 요인으로는 성별(p<.001), 동ㆍ읍면 거주 (p<.01), 연령(p<.05), 독거 여부(p<.05)로 파악되었으며 ‘낮은 점심 식사형’을 결정하는 요인은 월평균 가구소득(p<.001), 성별(p<.01), 독거 여부(p<.05), 결혼상태(p<.05)로 파악되었다. 연구의 결과에 따라 유형화된 집단에 따른 관련 산업 및 국가의 방향성을 제시하였고 인구통계학적 특성에 따라 세분화가 어려워 결과를 일반화하기가 제한적이라는 연구의 한계가 있었다.

영문 초록

This study conducted raw data for the 2018 National Health and Nutrition Survey. By categorizing the frequency of meals for one week into a Latent Profile Analysis, the factors affecting the frequency of meals according to the group were identified.. As a result of identifying and categorizing the frequency of meals, three potential groups were analyzed to be suitable, and according to the characteristics of the type, they were named as average meal type , high lunch type , and low lunch type . Multinomial logistic regression analysis was conducted with average meal type as a reference variable to identify the factors affecting according to the type. As a result, the factors that determine the high lunch type were identified as gender, residential area, age, and whether to live alone. The factors that determine the low lunch type were identified as monthly average household income, gender, living alone, and marital status. According to the results of the study, the direction of related industries and countries according to the categorized group was presented, and there was a limitation in the study that generalizing the results was limited due to difficulties in segmentation according to demographic characteristics.
