국문 초록

이 연구에서는 예비교사 양성기관에서 실시된 수업비평 연수 프로그램을 평가하고 연수 프로그램의 개선 방안을 마련하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 연수에 참여하였던 교사들을 대상으로 설문을 통하여 만족도를 조사하고 심층 면담을 실시하여 연수 프로그램 개선과 관련된 요구를 분석하였다. 개선 요구 분석 결과, 수업비평 연수 프로그램의 교육내용과 관련해서 보완되어야 할 점은 첫째, 다양한 수업 사례 제시와 둘째, 수업비평의 방법과 절차에 대한 단계적인 안내이다. 또한 수업비평 연수 프로그램의 교육방식과 관련해서는 첫째, 수업비평에 대한 이론과 실제가 경험을 통해 이해할 수 있도록 활동 중심으로 구성될 필요가 있다. 둘째, 연수 참여자들 사이의 원활한 대화와 토론을 위해 유연한 자리배치를 고려해야 한다. 셋째, 연수 관련 자료 제시 순서에 고려와 과제에 대한 피드백이 이루어질 수 있도록 해야 한다. 이와 같은 요구 분석 결과를 종합적으로 반영하여 앞으로 진행될 연수 프로그램의 계획 및 운영 방향을 마련하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to improve an in-service　teacher training program on the Class Critique through the needs assessment and analysis. To examine the level of satisfaction and the needs for the improvement of this teacher training program, the researcher conducted a survey for the satisfaction with an in-service teacher training program and interviewed with a group of participants in this training program. Findings from the needs analysis for the improvement of this training program, this study , firstly, proposed that it offer the various cases of teaching practices. Secondly, it also suggested that this program require to guide teaching methods and procedures about class critique to those who would participate in this program. On behalf of the formation of this in-service teacher training program, it should be organized into participants active engagement with the various activities by understanding the theory and practices of class critique. It also necessarily considered the flexibility of participants location to facilitate dialogue and discussion. The materials in this training program should be sequentially ordered. It is also required providing appropriate feedbacks for the pre-given assignments. With full consideration of the results from the needs assessment and analysis, the future in-service teacher training program on class critique should be reset its direction for the plans and operation.
