국문 초록

본 연구는 간호업무의 가장 기본단위가 되는 간호스테이션을 대상으로, 선행연구 중 간호스테이션 의료가구에 대한 색채조사에 기반하여, 간호스테이션 공간 배색 조정을 통해 해당 공간에 어울리는 색채 이미지를 조성함으로써 간호사들의 ‘정서안정성’（calm property) 및 ‘업무효율성’（work property) 향상에 도움을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 색상, 명도, 채도의 변화를 바탕으로 제작된 컬러 팔레트（color palette) 이미지 평가 연구결과에 따르면, R, GY, PB 계열 고명도의 채도 조정은 효과적인 색채 이미지 유도방법인 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 성별 차이가 각 요소에 주는 영향에 대한 연구결과에 따르면, 남성과 여성 모두 고명도·고채도 범위에서 ‘업무효율성’이, 고명도·저채도 범위에서 ‘정서안정성’이 높게 나타남으로써, 색조평가의 공통점을 보여주고 있다. 그러나 차이점도 존재하는 바, 남성은 3PB 색조계열을, 여성은 3GY계열을 더 선호하는 것으로 드러났다. 이에 ‘정서안정성’과 ‘업무효율성’ 공간기능에 대한 서로 다른 수요가 있는 경우, 성별에 따른 배색 유도방법을 선택하는 것이 바람직하다고 사료된다.

영문 초록

In this research, focusing on the most basic nursing station in the nursing unit and based on the color survey of medical furniture in the nursing station in the previous study, the space color of the nurse station is adjusted to achieve the purpose of positive assistance to emotional stability and work efficiency of nurses. In the experiment, the method of making Color Palette according to the changes of hue, value and saturation is adopted to evaluate the image of the Color Palette. The results show that the saturation adjustment of the value of R, GY and PB is an effective color image induction method. In addition, according to the research results of the impact of gender differences on various factors, the high work efficiency of men and women are in the high value and high saturation area, and the emotional stability are in the high value and low saturation area, which have something in common in hue evaluation. The difference between men and women is that men prefer 3PB in hue, while women prefer 3GY. Therefore, in the color image design of nursing stations, more suitable color matching induction methods can be selected in spaces with different image needs for emotional stability and work efficiency according to gender differences.
