국문 초록

청년층의 대부분은 사회 초년생이기에, 일반적으로 저소득층에 속한다. 하지만, 도시의 집값이 고공행진을 하고 있어, 주택난이 청년층 저소득층에 심각한 부담을 주고 있다는 것은 현재의 시점에서 간과할 수 없는 문제이다. 이로 인하여, 청년층은 주거 장소로 소형 주택 공간을 선택해야 했고, “개미족”, “판자촌”, “하우스푸어” 등은 사회 초년생들의 대명사가 되었다. 소형 주택은 주로 보금자리주택사업 중인 저렴한 임대주택과 일부 면적이 작은 일반분양주택이 해당된다. 이것은 시대의 발전에 순응하여 생겨난 일종의 신형 주택 형식으로, 주로 마주하는 대부분의 세대는 80, 90년대의 청년층이다. 그러나 선행연구를 통해, 기존의 소형 주택은 공간의 제한, 단일화된 형식, 공간의 레이어드(층위감) 부족 등의 문제가 발견되었고, 제한적인 공간은 문화의 파생적인 교류를 저해한다. 동시에, 청년층의 주거용 주택 기능에 대한 만족에 있어, 소형 주택에는 일정한 문제가 존재하기 때문에, 청년층의 개성에 대한 욕구를 충족시킬 수 없다. 그래서 청년층의 주거 행위 습관과 심리적 특징을 조사 · 분석하고, 소형 주택에 대한 기능적인 수요를 이해하고, 소형 주택의 일반적인 문제점을 위주로 주거 습관과 주거 환경에 대한 기능적 수요를 결합하여, 소형 주택의 디자인을 최적화하고 개선하는 방안을 제시한다. 현재와 같은 소형 주택 디자인의 문제점을 개선하기 위해, 소형 주택 디자인에 대해 연구하는 것이 중요하다. 이상의 연구 목표를 달성하기 위해서, 본 연구는 우선 소형 주택의 개념, 이론 연구와 주거 행위에 대한 문헌 자료를 통해 진행되었다. 다음 단계로 19~30대 청년층을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여 유효 설문지 271건을 발췌하였다. 설문조사 분석을 통하여 청년층의 소형 주택에 대한 주거 행위 특징, 공간 수요, 취미 선호도를 살펴보았고, 나아가 청년층의 주거 공간 기능에 대한 수요와 생활 방식을 명확히 하였다. 그리고, 현재의 국가별 소형 주택 공간 디자인에 대한 사례 분석을 통해, 소형 주택의 특징과 공간 구성을 모색하였다. 마지막으로, 기능 복합, 회로 공간, 수직 공간, 모듈 공간의 네 가지 측면에서 소형 아파트의 디자인을 제안하는 과정에서 제한된 공간의 효율적 이용과 디자인 기능의 다양화에 유의하였다. 또한, 세부 설계를 중시하여, 주택 공간을 최적화하여, 주택 공간의 쾌적함을 제공하고, 청년층의 소형 주택의 디자인 요구의 목적에 중점을 두었다. 본 연구는 이후에 시작될 연구에 참고 자료로 사용될 것이다.

영문 초록

Most of the young people are newcomers to society, so they generally belong to the low-income class. However, it cannot be overlooked at this point that housing shortages are putting a serious burden on young people and low-income families as housing prices in cities are on a high march. For this reason, young people had to choose a small housing space as their residential area, and ant , shantytown , and house poor became synonymous with newcomers to society. Small houses mainly include cheap rental housing in the Bogeumjari housing business and general pre-sale housing with a small area. This is a kind of new type of housing created by adapting to the development of the times, and most of the households encountered are young people in the 80s and 90s. However, through previous studies, problems such as space limitation, unified form, and lack of layered (level sense) of space were found in existing small houses, and limited spaces hinder cultural derivative exchanges. At the same time, since there are certain problems in small houses in satisfaction with the residential housing function of young people, the desire for individuality of young people cannot be satisfied. Therefore, it investigates and analyzes the housing behavior habits and psychological characteristics of young people, understands the functional demand for small houses, and suggests ways to optimize and improve the design of small houses by combining residential habits and functional demands for the residential environment. In order to improve the problems of small house design as it is today, it is important to study small house design. In order to achieve the above research goals, this study was first conducted through literature data on the concept of small housing, theoretical research, and residential behavior. As the next step, an online survey was conducted on young people in their 19s and 30s, and 271 valid questionnaires were extracted. Through the survey analysis, the characteristics of housing behavior, space demand, and hobby preferences of young people for small houses were examined, and furthermore, the demand and lifestyle for residential space functions of young people were clarified. In addition, through case analysis of the current small housing space design by country, the characteristics and spatial composition of small housing were sought. Finally, in the process of proposing the design of small apartments in four aspects: functional complex, circuit space, vertical space, and module space, attention was paid to the efficient use of limited spaces and diversification of design functions. In addition, detailed design was emphasized, housing space was optimized to provide comfort for housing space, and to focus on the purpose of the design needs of small houses for young people. This study will be used as a reference for future studies.
