국문 초록

농촌어메니티는 즐거움, 정감, 평온 등으로 표현된다. 사람이 살아가면서 느끼는 것 중에서 중요하게 느끼는 것이 생명에 관한 것이다. 사람이 살아가는데 중요한 것은 생명체를 중심으로 살아가고 있기 때문이다. 농촌어메니티 자원 중 농업은 먹거리를 생산하기 위한 개념이었으나, 최근에는 인간의 새로운 욕구중의 하나인 치유, 관광, 체험 등 자아실현을 해결할 수 있는 자원으로 전환되고 있다. 이러한 개념의 접근이 농촌어메니티의 개념이다. 이러한 욕구는 농촌지원 및 교육을 통해 변화되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 농촌지역의 패러다임을 변화하기 위해 농업인교육을 통한 농업인의 의식조사를 위해 지자체에서 10개월간 위탁교육을 진행 한 후 교육의 만족도와 사후 서비스에 대한 기대 등에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 설문의 결과는 교육을 통해 첫째, 자신감회복과 만족도가 높은 것으로 조사되었으며, 행복감 등을 느꼈으며 추가 학습에 대한 욕구 높은 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 경영능력향상과 인적네트워크 형성 및 마케팅능력 향상, 품질향상, 농업신기술습득, 건강한 농산물 지식습득 등에 도움이 되었다고 조사되었다. 셋째, 교육생들은 교육 수료 후에도 마케팅 사업 지원과 인적교류의 지속, 정부사업지원 안내와 소식지를 활용한 교육정보제공에 기대가 큰 것으로 응답하였다. 넷째, 영주시 농업의 6차산업화에 대해서는 대체적으로 활성화되고 있으며 소득 창출에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 종합하면 헬스파밍 교육 프로그램의 효과는 매우 긍정적이라고 평가할 수 있으며 향후에도 지속적으로 확대·운영될 필요가 절실히 요구된다.

영문 초록

Rural amenity is expressed in pleasure, emotion, and serenity. One of the most important things people feel about life is about life. It is important for humans to live because they live centered on living things. Among rural amenity resources, agriculture was a concept for producing food, but recently it is being converted into resources that can solve one of the new human needs, such as healing, tourism, and experience, for self-realization. This concept approach is the concept of rural amenity. These needs are being changed through rural support and education. In this study, in order to change the paradigm of rural areas, the local government conducted consignment education for 10 months to investigate the awareness of farmers through farmer education, and then analyzed the satisfaction of education and expectations for follow-up services. As a result of the survey, it was found that, first, self-confidence recovery and satisfaction were high through education, they felt a sense of happiness, and the desire for additional learning was high. Second, it was found that it was helpful in improving management ability, forming human networks, improving marketing ability, improving quality, acquiring new agricultural technology, and acquiring knowledge of healthy agricultural products. Third, the trainees answered that they had high expectations for marketing business support, continuation of human exchanges, and providing educational information using government project support guides and newsletters even after completing the training. Fourth, the sixth industrialization of agriculture in Yeongju is generally active, and it has been investigated that it has a positive effect on income creation. In summary, the effect of the health farming education program can be evaluated as very positive, and it is urgently required to continuously expand and operate it in the future.
