국문 초록

본 연구는 기독교통일교육(Christian Education for reunification)의 영역에서 성인에게 적합한 교육 프로그램 개발을 모색하고 있다. 성인 기독교통일교육은 그 필요에 대한 인식은 있으나 실천적 차원에서 두드러지는 교육 프로그램을 발견하기가 쉽지 않다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 성인교육(Adult learning)과 실천중심(Learning Centered)의 학습에서 이론적 기반이 되는 상황학습이론(Situated Learning Theory)을 적용한 성인 기독교통일교육 프로그램의 모형을 구성하는 것이다. 연구방법으로는 성인 기독교통일교육의 프로그램 모형의 방향을 제시하기 위한 문헌 연구가 기반이다. 이에 따라, 향후 연구의 틀을 제공함으로서 성인 기독교통일교육 프로그램에 대한 방법론적 근거를 제공함에 목적이 있다. 우선, 성인기독교교육(Adult Christian learning)의 영역으로서 통일교육의 필요성을 고찰한다. 그 동안의 연구들에 대한 문헌을 고찰하여, 성인 기독교통일교육의 바람직한 방향을 정립한다. 두 번째로, 성인 기독교통일교육의 이론적 배경으로 상황학습이론의 타당성과 적용을 모색한다. 그래서 성인학습이론으로서 상황학습이론이 통일교육의 이론적 기반이 될 수 있음을 제시한다. 세 번째로, 기존에 있는 상황학습이론의 배경 혹은 적용으로 볼 수 있는 성인 통일교육프로그램을 살펴봄으로서 성인 기독교통일교육의 프로그램의 실천을 탐색한다. 마지막으로 성인 기독교통일교육 프로그램 개발의 측면에서 적합한 모형을 제안한다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 성인교육학적 접근방법으로서 상황학습이론을 적용한 성인 기독교통일교육 프로그램의 개발의 목적이다. 따라서 그 방법으로 통일사회를 미리 경험할 수 있는 곳으로서 탈북민 공동체를 주목하고 있다. 그 결과, 본 연구는 상황학습이론의 적용으로 탈북민 공동체(North Korean Refugees community)에 참여를 중심으로 프로그램 개발 모형을 제시한다. 그러므로 성인 기독교통일교육 프로그램은 성인 기독교인이 탈북민 신앙공동체(North Korean refugee Church Community)에 참여함으로 통일사회(unified Korea)를 가정한 선행적 통일사회를 경험하는 학습방법으로서 성인 기독교통일교육 프로그램 모형 개발에 접근하고 있다.

영문 초록

This study pursues the development of proper educational pro-grams for adults in the field of Christian education for re-unification . While there has been recognition of the need for Adult Christian Education for reunification, it has not been easy finding the proper educational program in terms of practice. The purpose of this study is to develop a suitable program model for Adult Christian Education for reunification based on Situated Learning Theory, which provides the theoretical ground for Adult Learning and Practical Learning. The method of research is to review and analyze the relevant materials and documents about Adult Christian Education for reunification. Accordingly, this research aims to provide a methodological framework for the program model for Education for Unification. First, we contemplate the need for Education for Unification in the field of Adult Christian learning, and analyze the existing studies and materials in order to set the proper direction for Adult Christian Education for Unification. Second, we seek out the justification and application of the Situated Learning Theory as a base for Adult Christian Education for reunification, and to prove that Situated Learning Theory can be the theoretical base for Adult Christian Education for reunification. Third, we select and examine the existing pro-grams which can be seen as an application of Situated Learning Theory, and to ascertain their effects as to Adult Christian Education for reunification. Lastly, we propose a proper model for the development of a program for Adult Christian Education for reunification. In conclusion, the purpose of this study is to develop a program based on Situated Learning Theory for Adult Christian Education for Unification in terms of Adult Education study. By extension of this study, I paid attention to the North Korean refugees community. Based on these findings, I propose a program de-velopment model based on Situated Learning Theory whereby the learners actually join the North Korean Refugees community. As per the program of Adult Christian Education for Unification, adult Christians join the community to supposedly experience the unified Korea in advance, which approaches the development of the model for Adult Christian Education for reunification.
