영문 초록
Face the aging of the population in our country reality, how to solve the problem of the elderly endowment living is before our government a pressing social issue. With the increase of aging population, the internal structure of the elderly is changing, pension institutions belong to the service enterprise, it has the nature of government industry. At present, with the operation of administrative means to promote management service has gradually reduced, operating components in pension institutions is becoming more and more important, more and more prominent, market forces to drive running business service characteristics has gradually become the main characteristics of the endowment institutions. In this context, only a study of consumer behavior, by importing the concept of customer relationship management, improve service quality, to strengthen the competitiveness of the endowment institutions, to survive and develop in market competition.
