영문 초록
The reason why Korean Saemaul Movement(新村运动) could succeed is that it mainly adopted an effective support way. However, the reason why the process of China’s New Countryside Construction（新农村建设）was slower, is that many problems occurred in its’ financial support way and it couldn’t raise peasants’ enthusiasm of participation. So in this paper, the support way of Korean Saemaul Movement and China’s New Countryside Construction were inspected, and the characteristics and problems of support way were analyzed. On the basis of that, some constructive suggestions for New Countryside Construction’s support way were indicated. And the main contents of suggestions were to establish the competition system, the financial regulatory mechanism and special agricultural accounts.
