경증 장애인의 미술관 융합교육 모델 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 경증 장애인의 참여를 촉진하는 미술관 융합교육 모델 수립을 위해 다음과 같은 목적을 제시한다. 첫째, 배리어프리(barrier free) 미술관 교육 프로그램 확대와 공동체 의식 확산, 둘째, 교육 전문가의 전문성 향상 및 장애인 관람객 서비스 제고, 셋째, 미술관 담당자를 위한 장애인의 객관적 이해 및 라포 형성 분석, 넷째, 미술관 교육의 융합 서비스 디자인 가이드라인 기초 모델 수립 등이다. 본 연구는 장애인 자녀 학부모, 특수교사, 큐레이터, 의료인, 대학교수 등, 12명을 대상으로 FGI를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 경증 장애인을 위한 미술관 융합교육 모델은 접근성 탐색-참여 확대 및 기회 제공-흥미 유발과 사회성 연구-종합 검증-몰입과 만족감 경험-교육 효과성 평가-환류 및 재적용 등의 순환적 사이클을 도출할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 효과적인 뮤지엄 교육 슈퍼비전과 결론을 다음과 같이 정리한다. 첫째, 미술관 융합 교육을 통한 사회성 향상, 둘째, 미술관 전문가의 장애인 교육 전문성 강화 및 미술관 업무 고도화, 셋째, OBL 방식과 액션 러닝을 겸한 미술관 교육 에듀테인먼트 구현, 넷째, 교육 콘텐츠 구현의 포용적 가이드라인 구축 등을 기대할 수 있겠다.

영문 초록

This work presents the following objectives for the establishment of an art gallery convergence education model that promotes the participation of people with mild disabilities. First, expanding the Barrier Free Museum education program and spreading community awareness, Second, improving the professionalism of education experts and improving the service of disabled visitors, Third, the objective understanding of the disabled and the analysis of ‘Rapport building’, and Fourth, establishment of basic model of convergence service design guidelines. This study conducted FGI for 12 people, including parents of children with disabilities, teacher for the disabled, curators, medical specialist, and university professors. As a result, the art museum convergence education model for people with mild disabilities was able to derive cycles Exploring accessibility- Expanding participation and providing opportunities-Inducing interest and social studies-Comprehensive verification-Integration and satisfaction experience-Evaluating educational effectiveness-Feedback and re-application, etc. This study summarizes the effective museum training supervision and conclusions as follows: First, we can expect to improve social skills through art museum convergence education, Second, strengthening art museum workers expertise in education for disabilities, Third, implementing OBL methods and action-learning art museum education edutainment, and Fourth, establishing inclusive guidelines for educational contents.
