국문 초록

도시의 지속적인 경제 성장과 함께, 이 시대 청년들은 빠르게 흘러가는 도시 생활과 치열한 경쟁 사회 속에서 살아간다. 청년들은 도시 발전의 주역이다. 그러나 높은 금액의 임대료로 인하여, 원룸, 월세, 셋방(전세) 등에서 살아갈 수밖에 없는 그들에게 생활 여건 개선은 가장 시급한 문제이다. 현재 정부투자, 민간투자, 합작투자 형태의 청년 임대아파트가 건축되고 있지만, 청년 임대아파트 공용 공간에 관한 연구는 상대적으로 부족하며 디자인 및 건축 과정에 있어서도 문제가 많다. 예를 들어, 청년 아파트의 공용 공간의 형태는 단조롭고, 일부 공용 공간에는 체계적인 디자인을 형성하지 못하며, 특별한 수요를 겨냥한 디자인 부족 등의 문제들이 있다. 본 논문은 우선 기존 문헌과 이론에 근거하여 공생(Symbiosis)디자인을 연구의 시발점으로 하여, 공생(Symbiosis)디자인이 청년 임대아파트의 공간, 기능, 문화, 환경에 스며드는 역할을 분석하고 설명한다. 이를 토대로 청년 임대아파트 공용 공간의 공생(Symbiosis)디자인을 적절히 적용한 사례 4가지를 분석하였다. 4가지 사례는 ‘한국 서울 강남 아파트’, ‘네덜란드 바르샤바 AMC 아파트’, ‘프랑스 마르세유 아파트’, ‘스위스 취리히 Haus G 아파트’다. 위의 사례 분석을 토대로 청년 임대아파트 공용 공간 공생에 영향을 미치는 요인을 종합적으로 서술하였다. 그리고 22-35세 사이의 청년층을 대상으로 진행한 설문조사결과를 분석하여 “공간에 존재하는 물리적인 모든 것을 개방하여 주변 환경 분위기와 함께 접목시키다” 라는 공생(Symbiosis)디자인 결론을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

With the sustained economic growth of the city, the youth of this period live in a fast-rhyped urban life and a fiercely competitive society. Young people are the main players in urban development. But for those who have no choice but to live in studio, monthly rent and rented rooms due to high rents, improving living conditions is the most urgent issue. Currently, youth rental apartments in the form of government investment, private investment and joint venture are being built, but research on the design of public space for youth rental apartments is relatively insufficient and there are also many problems in the design and construction process. For example, there are problems such as the form of public spaces in youth apartments being monotonous, the inability to form systematic designs in some public spaces, and the lack of designs aimed at special needs. Based on existing literature and theory, this paper first analyzes and explains the role of symbiosis design as the starting point of research, and the role of symbiosis design permeating the space, function, culture and environment of youth rental apartment. Based on this, four cases of symbiosis design were analyzed. The four examples are Gangnam Apartment in Seoul, South Korea, AMC Apartment in Warsaw, Netherlands, Marseille Apartment in France and Zurich Haus G Apartment in Switzerland. Based on the above case analysis, the factors influencing symbiosis of public space in youth rental apartments are comprehensively described. The results of the survey of young people aged between 22 and 35 were analyzed and the conclusion of symbiosis design was presented: Open everything physical in the space and incorporate it with the surrounding environment atmosphere.
