국문 초록

본 연구에서는 4차산업혁명 사회의 변화를 이해하고, 이를 토대로 자신의 진로에 이 변화를 반영하여 미래사회에 발 빠르게 적응해나갈 인재를 양성하기 위한 교양 교과를 개발하고 그 효과를 역량 향상 차원에서 검증하였다. 이를 위하여 4차산업혁명 시대의 직업 세계의 변화에 따라 고려해야 할 교육적 목표의 변화, 인재상의 변화, 진로지도 및 진로교육의 변화를 고찰하고, 7개 대학의 유사한 커리큘럼을 분석하여 이를 토대로 13주차(평가제외)의 커리큘럼을 구성하였다. 또한, 한 학기 동안 이를 학생들이게 적용시키며 문제해결과 창의력 역량에 대한 향상도를 검증하였는데 그 결과 본 교과가 학생들의 역량을 향상하는 데 매우 효과적이었음을 확인하였다. 마지막으로, 본 연구의 의미와 성과 기여점 및 연구결과의 적용점 및 함의에 대하여 논하였다.

영문 초록

We are at the beginning of a 4th Industrial Revolution that will fundamentally transform most industries and businesses. This change will have a wide-reaching impact on careers as well. In this context, the demand for educational innovation is rapidly increasing, especially in the field of liberal arts. In this study, we designed a liberal arts curriculum to introduce the 4th Industrial Revolution and the various changes it is expected to bring about. The subject and skill (knowledge), target competencies, adaptive career development attitude, and teaching method factors were each considered and designed for this course. Following this, we applied an integrated curriculum for the students to take over the course of one semester. From our research, we found that the target competencies of the students improved significantly after taking these classes compared to the level of their competencies prior to enrolling. Moreover, the implications and limitations of this study, along with recommendable topics for future courses, were also discussed.
