국문 초록

본 연구는 대학에서 시행하고 있는 팀 프로젝트 수업에 대해 대학생들이 어떻게 인식하고 있는지를 확인하기 위하여 Q방법론을 이용하여 인식을 분석하고 유형화하여 그 특성을 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 대학생들의 팀 프로젝트 수업 경험에 대한 인식은 4가지 유형으로 분류됨을 확인할 수 있었다. 제1유형은 ‘방어적 참여형’으로 팀 프로젝트 수업을 선호하지 않지만 자신에게 주어진 일이기 때문에 하고자 하는 특성을 보여준다. 제2유형은 ‘관계적 공유형’으로 팀 프로젝트 수업에 긍정적이며, 타인과의 새로운 관계를 만들고 맺는 것에 흥미를 갖고 있는 특성을 갖고 있다. 제3유형은 ‘적극적 성과형’으로 팀 프로젝트 수업에서 좋은 결과를 내기 위하여 팀 내에서 적극적으로 나서는 특성을 보여준다. 제4유형은 ‘선택적 갈등 회피형’으로 팀 프로젝트의 긍정적인 취지에 공감하면서도 프로젝트를 진행할 때 생기는 문제점들에 대해 회피하고자 하는 특성을 보여준다. 본 연구의 결과가 대학생의 팀 프로젝트를 활성화 하는데 기초 자료가 되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

This Q-methodology study aimed to garner a better understanding of how university students perceive team projects in school. The results showed that the perceptions among the students concerning team projects fell into four separate types of students: Type 1 students can be categorized as “defensive participants”. These are students who do not have a positive attitude regarding team projects, and yet still show a willingness to participate energetically because the activity was assigned to them. Type 2 students may be called “sharing-relationship” students. These are students who are interested in making new relationships with others, and who think that team projects are meaningful because through such projects they are able to learn from other people. Type 3 students are best described as “active achievers”. These are students who perceive that getting good results from doing team projects is very important. Finally, we have type 4 students which we named “selective conflict avoiders”. These are students who think that they should do hard work to avoid conflicts during team projects, even though they do not want to. We expect that this study will provide a basic data set to help develop university students’ team projects.
