표본선택모형을 이용한 직장만족도 결정요인 분석

국문 초록

본 논문에서는 대졸자의 직장만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 직장만족도는 개인의 취업여부와 직장만족도의 크기에 대한 두 가지의 복합적인 정보를 담고 있으나, 많은 선행연 구에서는 직장만족도의 크기에 대한 정보만을 활용하여 선형 회귀분석을 이용하여 분석함으로써 표본선택에 의한 편의 문제를 간과하였다. 따라서 직장만족도가 갖는 정보가 취업여부와 직장만 족도의 크기에 대한 두 가지 정보를 갖고 있다는 점에서, 취업자와 미취업자 모두 분석에 포함 하였다. 또한 표본선택 편의 문제를 해결하기 위해 직장만족도가 갖는 복합적인 정보를 분해하여 분석해야 하며, 이를 위해서 Heckman의 표본선택 모형을 활용하였다. 중요한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 먼저 Heckman의 표본선택 모형은 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 남자는 여자에 비해서, 연령이 많을수록 취업확률 및 직장만족도 모두 통계적으로 유의하게 높음을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 자격증 수가 많을수록 취업확률 및 직장만족도 모두 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 정규직인 경우와 임금이 높을수록 직장만족도가 통계적으로 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

In this paper, the factors affecting the job satisfaction level of university graduates were analyzed. The job satisfaction level contains two types of information on the individual s employment status and the size of the job satisfaction level. But in many preceding studies, only the information on the size of job satisfaction was used to analyze it. In this case, a problem of bias due to sample selection occurs. Therefore, both employed and unemployed were included in the analysis, in that the information on job satisfaction contains two types of information on whethere or not they are employed and the size of job satisfaction. In addition, in order to solve the problem of convenience due to sample selection, the complex information of job satisfaction must be decomposed and analyzed, and for this, Heckman’s sample selection model was used. The important results are summarized as follows. First, it was found that the Hekman sample selection model was statistically significant. Second, The higher the number of licenses, the higher the employment probability and job satisfaction were both significantly. Finally, it was found that the job satisfaction was statistically significantly higher in the case of regular workers and the higher wages.
