국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 방문객이 인식하는 흰여울문화마을의 관광지 속성에 대한 중요도와 만족도를 분석하여 관광활성화 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 조사기간은 2019년 8월 10일부터 8월 31일까 지이며, 조사대상으로는 흰여울문화마을을 방문한 관광객으로 한정하였다. 표본추출은 조사자의 고려에 따라 표본을 추출하는 비확률표본추출방법인 편의표본추출을 이용하였다. 설문에 응답한 관광객으로부터 회수된 총 180부 가운데 부적합한 설문지를 제외한 154부가 통계분석에 사용되 었다. 흰여울문화마을의 관광지 속성의 중요도 순위는 아름다운 자연경관, 청결한 마을, 접근성및 대중교통, 휴식공간, 흥미있는 포토존 등의 순으로 나타났다. IPA분석 결과, 만족도는 아름다운 자연경관, 흥미있는 포토존, 전망좋은 카페체험, SNS에 인기있는 포토존, 골목길체험 등의 순으로 나타났다. 흰여울문화마을의 강점으로는 아름다운 자연경관, 흥미있는 포토존, SNS에 인기 있는 포토존, 흰여울마을의 인지도, 전망좋은 카페체험, 고유한 마을역사 등이 포함되었으며, 약점으로는 청결한 마을, 접근성 및 대중교통, 휴식공간, 노약자 및 장애인 편의시설, 주차시설 등이 포함되었다.

영문 초록

Located in Yeongdo, Busan, the Huinnyeoul Culture Village has emerged as the second Gamcheon Culture Village. It is so popular that it is called Santorini in Korea. An analysis of a tourist attraction is required for tourists so that Huinnyeoul can be upgraded to a new level. The purpose of this study is to analyze the importance and satisfaction of the destination attributes of Huinnyeoul, which is recognized by visitors, and suggest ways to activate tourism. The survey period is from August 10 to August 31. 2019. The subjects of the survey were tourists who visited Huinnyeoul by means of convenience sampling. A total of 154 usable responses were obtained. As a result of the IPA, the importance of the aatributes was shown in the order of beautiful natural scenery, clean village, and accessibility & public transportation. Satisfaction was shown in the order of beautiful natural scenery, interesting photo zone, popular photo zone on SNS, and unique alleyway. The first quadrant, which corresponds to its strengths, included beautiful natural scenery, interesting photo zone, cafe experience with a good view, popular photo zone on SNS. The second quadrant, which corresponds to weakness, included clean village, accessibility & public transporation, and rest area.
