간호사 보수교육 실시기관의 교육운영 현황 및 프로그램 질 평가

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호사 보수교육 실시기관의 보수교육 운영 현황을 파악하고, 보수교육 프로그램의 질을 구조-과정-결과 영역별로 평가하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구대상은 대한간호협회로부터 인정받은 127개 보수교육 실시기관 및 기관에서 시행한 보수교육 프로그램이었으며, 자료는 이메일 설문조사를 통해 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 사용해 기술통계와 t-test, ANOVA로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 보수교육 실시기관 유형은 종합병원이 48.7%로 가장 많았으며, 보수교육 실시기관이 자체개발한 프로그램보다 대한간호협회가 개발한 전달교육 프로그램의 비율이 더 높았다. 보수교육 이수시간은 8시간이 많았으며, 보수교육 담당자는 1명이며 겸임인 비율이 높았다. 간호사 보수교육 프로그램 질 평가점수는 자체개발 프로그램이 전달교육 프로그램의 점수보다 더 높았고, 결과평가 영역의 점수들은 구조평가 영역과 과정평가 영역의 점수들보다 낮았다. 또한 간호사 보수교육 실시기관의 유형, 교육 프로그램 유형, 보수교육 담당자수, 전담 여부와 같은 일반적 특성에 따라 구조와 과정 평가영역의 요인들에서 통계적인 차이가 있었다. 이에 간호사 보수교육 프로그램을 실시한 후, 프로그램의 구조, 과정, 결과 영역에 대한 평가가 시행되어야 하며, 그 결과를 차후 보수교육 프로그램 개선에 반영할 것을 제안한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the continuing nursing education (CNE) operation status and CNE programs quality of CNE providers accredited by the Korean Nurses Association (KNA). Data was collected through an email survey of 127 CNE providers from July 25th to August 28th, 2019. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, and ANOVA using the SPSS 20.0 program. The CNE provider type was the highest at 48.7% in general hospitals and the ratio of the CNE programs developed by the KNA was higher than those developed by CNE providers. And the rate of one nurse planner was higher, and most of them were not dedicated. The CNE program quality evaluation score was high in the self-developed program, and the outcome evaluation domain scores were lower than those in other domains. According to general characteristics such as CNE provider type, educational program type, number of nurse planners, and whether or not to be dedicated to nurse planners, there were statistical differences in the factors of the structural and process evaluation domains. The structure, process, and outcome domains of the program should be evaluated after the continuing nursing education is implemented, and future CNE programs should reflect these results.
