국문 초록

본 연구는 1인 창조기업의 경영역량이 생존에 미치는 영향을 실증분석한 것이다. 이를 위해 2013년부터 2015년까지 3개년 동안 기술보증기금의 1인 창조기업 기술평가모형을 통해 자금을 지원받은 1인 창조기업 1,880개사에 대한 기술사업성 평가자료를 분석에 적용하였다. 기술사업역량이 1인 창조기업의 생존에 미치는 영향을 실증분석한 결과를 살펴보면, 경영자인적역량 부문에 속하는 기술지식수준, 동업종경험수준, 자금조달능력, 그리고 기술역량부문에 속하는 지식재산권수상(인증)실적, 기술(서비스)의 우수성이 1인 창조기업의 생존에 영향을 미치는 주요 결정요인인 것으로 나타났다. 특히 경영자인적역량부문에 속하는 기술지식수준과 자금조달능력은 1% 유의수준을 충족해 1인 창조기업의 생존에 매우 유의한 요인인 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과는 연도효과와 산업효과를 통제하여도 동일하게 나타났다. 분석결과를 종합하면, 1인 창조기업의 생존에는 기술사업역량의 4대영역중에서 경영자인적역량과 기술역량이 주요 요인인 것으로 분석되었다. 특히 경영자인적역량의 영향이 기술역량보다 더 큰 것으로 나타났으며, 구체적으로는 기술지식수준과 자금조달능력이 1인 창조기업의 생존에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

영문 초록

This empirical study aims at the effect of technology based business competency of a one-person creative enterprise on survival. We employ the Logit regression data analysis, using 1,880 one-person creative enterprises that were collected and financed by Korea Technology Finance Corporation from 2013 to 2015. The empirical analysis of the impact of technology based business competency on the survival of one-person creative enterprises shows that the level of technological understanding, the level of work experience in the same industry, funding ability, and the retention of intellectual property and the excellence of technology are the major determinants of survival. In particular, it is analyzed that the level of technological understanding and funding capacity are very significant factors in the survival of one-person creative enterprises. These results were the same even when we controlled the year effect and industrial effect. Through this study, it was confirmed that managerial competency and technological competency are the main factors in the survival of one-person creative enterprises among the four major areas of technology based business competency. In particular, the impact of managerial competency is found to be more significant than that of technological competency, and specifically, it is analyzed that the level of technological understanding and funding ability have significant impacts on the survival of one-person creative enterprises.
